I worked with Justin Galligan from Hokanson and I had a wonderfully positive experience. I interviewed several realtors before choosing him. I liked him immediately, I appreciated his clear explanation of what his duties to me were and what I could expect from him, as well as what was expected of me. I signed a contract with him specifying these things, and that was really useful and unique among realtors Id previously interviewed. He is a buyers agent and worked for me. He was readily available, asked me great questions, paid attention to my answers and refined the house search based on what I said and what my responses were to the houses we viewed. Hes cheerful, has a good sense of humor, and reframed my questions as well as my answers in ways that really helped me to get clearer about what I wanted and needed, and what my gut was telling me. Id never bought a house on my own before and he made the process fun and engaging, and I really like the place I ended up with and the price that was eventually agreed upon. He walked me through all the processes, was patient in a way that seemed effortless with all of my questions and requests for clarification on things I was asked to sign. I feel very grateful that I took the time to find the *right* agent to work with. Id recommend him without hesitation.

We have bought and sold 7 homes. By far, Jared has been the best realtor that we have had. We live in California and the house was in Oregon so we were not there to help. We sent out a rush request to 3 realtors and Jared answered us within a day. My husband especially appreciated his business like approach. He went right out to the property. He assessed what was needed to prepare the house for sale and gave us names of those who could help us with that. He advised us on a sale price. He helped us with the negotiations which was not simple. We highly recommend him.
