ZillowVERIFIED Jared saved our bacon. We had a rental property in Arizona (we are out-of-state), and our property manager decided not to do their job. We had a nightmare of a situation with squatters and much more. Jared went above and beyond to look out for us and our property. He stopped by occasionally, and when requested, to check on the place. He checked on repairs that were made that we were unable to verify. We are very grateful for his help/service, and demonstrated integrity, which is increasingly rare to find these days. Hes the only guy I would call if I were going to buy or sell in the greater Phoenix area. Period.
