ZillowVERIFIED Jared went above and beyond to market our home and cover all bases before, during, and after we acquired an offer. He excels at communication and couldn't be more personable or honest. I highly recommend Jared and would use him again in a heartbeat if we had another Colorado home to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Jared was such a pleasure to work with during the home buying process. My husband & I were first time home buyers and new to the area. Not only was Jared extremely knowledgeable, he coached us along the way and was clear about all the steps involved making the process so approachable. He was also very communicative, ahead of the schedule, always took our calls & texts, and supported us with his calm and assuring demeanor. Not only is he an excellent agent, he's a really lovely person. A+, 10 out of 10, would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jared was amazing to work with. We just accidently feel in with him when we were looking at a possible property and I could tell pretty quickly that he knew his line of business but was humble enough to admit if there was something he didnt know. I appreciate that level of honesty in any business relationship. I was so impressed, that when we did decide to buy a house and sell ours, Jared was the only agent we considered. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Jared recently to purchase my home in Fort Collins, and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. I bought a Zillow owned home, which had a bit of a different contract than a normal home buying process. He was very helpful in helping me understand the difference. Not only was he able to negotiate the price but he also was able to get money back at closing for multiple repairs, which at the beginning of 2022 during a sellers market was unheard of. Jared is also very knowledgeable about the Fort Collins and surrounding areas, and showed me houses while I was out of state. Additionally, he did a lot of personal research on the house since Zillow did not have the history from the previous owners, which included calling the city to obtain permits. He was also very truthful when it came to houses that didnt make sense or were potentially costly to repair. I would recommend Jared to anyone buying a house in the Fort Collins, Loveland and surrounding areas!! Thank you Jared!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Jared Foster! He is very professional and also extremely interested in helping you find the right home. He goes beyond the normal real estate agents, and is always ready to help with all questions you have. He was even there for us after the sale to see if he could help out in any way. You can?t go wrong with Jared!

ZillowVERIFIED Jared closed a difficult transaction for me, as the property in question was in bankruptcy and my personal assets are held in international trusts and investment accounts so it was a different transaction than a typical one on both the buy and sell side. Jared's communication, timely responsiveness and professionalism were the things that I liked most about doing business with him. For my next transaction, he will be my "go to" contact in the future...no questions asked and without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED I really enjoyed working with Jared. He was very responsive, knowledgeable about the market and process needed to be a competitive buyer in Colorado and an overall great advocate as my buyers agent. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jared was an absolute pleasure to work with. We got so lucky. We filled out a Zillow request to tour a house and he was the agent Zillow chose for us. It could not have been a better choice. From there, we toured that house and he found two more houses he thought fit our bill. We ended up buying one of the houses we weren?t going to tour that he said we should just go look at. It was his keen instinct and knowledge of our wishes and the houses available in the area that got us our dream home! I am confident in saying that we would not have our home without Jared. He also recommended an incredible lender to work with. Without Jared, every part of the process would have been more difficult. He had excellent communication throughout the whole buying process, he fought for us, he was realistic in making sure our expectations were kept in check, and he had a great sense of humor through the whole process. We couldn?t have asked for a better experience with him. Since closing over a month ago, Jared has kept in contact to make sure everything is going smoothly and that we are settling in. He held our hands through the whole process because he knew we needed that, and I appreciate that more than he could possibly know. I highly, highly recommend him; and I will do so to anyone who asks for a real estate agent recommendation in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Jared is the best! We sold and purchased a new home during COVID. What a nervous and different process. Jared made this process easy and comfortable. He was attentive and available. We went under contact on both homes with in days! I wont say there were not challenging times during this processes but Jared was a strong advocate for our family and his communication was impeccable. We were never left wondering what was going on. In the end our transition was smooth and we are very happy! If we ever go through this process again it will be with Jared!

ZillowVERIFIED As with any home purchase, we had multiple challenges. Jared kept on top of things for us. He kept us on track with the deadlines. He helped get as much of the financial records and past history of the home as was available. Buying a home is stressful. Let Jared help you out with the process. I have also asked him advice after the purchase. He was still willing to give it. Thank you Jared. We love our home.
