    Pace enterprise just took over management of Cedar Ridge apartment complex and has sent out a notice to all tenants that they are required to sign a new lease and that they are changing the lease by allocating utilities to the tenants. Requiring a tenant to sign a new lease before their initial lease term is up goes against tenant rights in Texas and they can not change the terms of the lease mid lease either. When I brought this up to the leasing manager and owner they refused to change the letter for more clarity and the manager has misinformed several residents telling them that signing a new lease is mandatory and knowingly infringing upon their rights. I would not lease here while this management company is still in charge. I have already turned them in to several agencies. Also they have initiated a name change from Cedar Ridge to Veranda Gardens.

    Jarec is a great relator. He was more than happy to show us houses, even on holiday weekends! He's unbeatable when it comes his availability. He will make time for you and he will make sure you find the house you want. He even opened his office on a Sunday so we could make an offer on our house.     Jarec is the best realtor in Amarillo. Hands down helped us each and every single time that we had a question and needed any help with finding anything about the house we bought.
