Jansy Peternell did an outstanding job with all aspects of selling our Mom's condo! She guided us thru the process from start to finish after Mom passed away unexpectedly in early 2020, and we needed to sell her home. Jansy had helpful recommendations for local contractors we could hire to re-paint and re-carpet the home, at fair prices, and who did exceptional work. She knows the real estate market very well, has a well-developed sense of how to price a home, and guided us thru what needed to be done to get it ready for sale. Jansy created a real estate listing which beautifully described the features of Mom's home which made it special. She coordinated the real estate transaction, the legal documents which needed to be filled out and signed, and the process of working with the title company. Jansy is responsive and easy to get in touch with via text, or phone, or e-mail whenever questions arise. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to work with Jansy and highly recommend her.
