We knew we needed to move my mother in-law closer to us to become her caretakers. We also run our own business so between caring for my mother in-law, situating the details of the estate and just the stress of it all, it was very overwhelming. When we met with Jannine, right off the bat we knew she was the realtor for us. We wanted to be as "hands off" for the sale of this home as possible. Jannine organized everything for us to get the home ready to go to market. She is knowledgeable of the local market, made the ENTIRE process smooth and seamless, and is highly responsive. We are so pleased with her service. She took a load of stress off of us at such a difficult time. I had a lot of showings & offers for my home. We never spoke of any profit she may get, her only concern was selling my home & getting what I wanted done. Once we had a buyer she knew exactly what to do & would just let me know when I needed to sign papers & kept me updated through the whole process & took care of everything, it took about 5 months to finish & she was awesome the whole way through!

She was knowledgable of the areas we where looking at and very pivotal role helping me find the right home for me! She will not push a house on you that you do not want. She listens to her customers and never tried to show me something that was not what I was asking for. She was honest in deterring me from getting into something that was maybe too much of a fixer upper for me. She saved me time and money and really found the perfect house for me and my family. My experience with Jannine was excellent. My loan company was horrible but she helped a lot with them too and that took a bunch of the stress off of me because I was busy with a ton of other things. ZillowVERIFIED I walked into the office to speak to anyone who could help and luckily it was Jannine. After just a few minutes of speaking with her, I broke down because of how stressful it was trying to find a house. She sat and listened and calmed me down and I immediately knew she was the agent for us. She went through hoops to make sure we got the house we wanted and never gave up on us when we hit a wall with financing. Jannine was somewhat new to the area but not new to being an agent. She knows what she is doing and if she isn't a 100% sure with the answers to your questions, she will call upon someone who does. She found us a home we absolutely love and made us a family again. We would highly recommend her.
