ZillowVERIFIED We met Jannelle by inquiring about a house on Realtor. She was available immediately and met with us at the house. From that moment on she became our realtor. We knew nothing about the process but Jannelle was helpful and encouraged us to keep going with the process. She connected us with a lender and helped us get the ball rolling. We first met in February of 2020 and by May of 2020 we found our home. She was always available to give us additional information. She was knowledgeable and intelligent. She looked out for our best interest and she was fair. When it was time to put in an offer she gave us wise counsel and we followed with her advise. Even though the buyers countered our offer, the price that Jannelle gave us was what the house appraised for. Jannelle even helped us move into our new house.
