She assisted us with a few updates on the house and we didnt have to do anything. She met the painters and handymen there and consistently updated us on the progress. She was kind, curteous, knowledgeable, but most importantly patient. She explained the process of buying, slowly and in terms that we could understand. We had her driving all over Johnson and Tarrant County. She always remained professional and never once expressed any type of frustration or impatience. She never allowed us to settle for less and ensured we recieved the maximum benefit from our home. When we were let down by other homes, she encouraged and motivated us.
