ZillowVERIFIED We started looking for lakefront property in SW Michigan early this year. I researched reviews on Zillow and saw the superlative reviews for Janis, so we shot her an email asking her availability to look at four of the properties we had selected. She responded quickly and was very flexible on availability. She scheduled our visits and asked if she could add a few more she thought we might like. We spent a few Saturdays looking at properties. Her knowledge of the area was great and we ended up buying one of her selections! She gave us great advice through the entire process. She and her team worked hard to answer all of our questions. Our purchase had some twists and turns but Janis and her team were awesome. I can not recommend her highly enough! If we ever sell this house I know who is getting the listing!

She had times that worked in our schedule for viewings,and was very knowledgeable about the area we were searching in. She helped us see the potential in each property and what the true value was.
