I will never forget how comfortable you made me feel and how you made sure we found our perfect home. You never pressured to just get into any house and you had the most patience in a market that was crazed during the hight of the pandemic. Fast forward it came time to sell the same home and this was by far the hardest and most emotional decision for us to make. You assured us that no matter what it was gonna be ok and anything we needed you jumped to the occasion to make sure everything was taken care of. You answered the phone right away or called back quick whenever I needed you. You answered my late night calls of questions and concerns and never once made me feel like a bother or a nuisance. Above all else you truly had our back and best interest at the forefront of both transactions and in todays world you are a rarity. Anyone who works with you is truly in the absolute best hands!!

ZillowVERIFIED Janis is an AMAZING AGENT! If you're looking to buy or sell a home, Janis is your ONE STOP SHOP! She is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft and takes her job very seriously. My story begins in 2019 when Janis helped me find my first home in NJ - as a first time home buyer from NYC. Janis held my hand every step of the way helping me to find the perfect Colonial home in Union NJ (see my previous review). Fast forward to 2022 post Pandemic - my husband and I decided we wanted to sell our one family home and simultaneously purchase a two family home....scary stuff!!! Janis assured me she would be able to get me out of my 1 family home (for top $) and find me a two family, pretty much all at the same time. To say that I was afraid to sell my home and not be able to find something at the same time (especially at a time when it seemed like EVERYONE was looking for a home) is putting it mildly. I am happy to say, not only did Janis sell my home for EVERY dollar that it was worth, we were able to find a beautiful home in East Rutherford with all of the bells and whistles that I was looking for. I guess I should also mention I would have NEVER done this with another agent but due to the fact that I had already worked with Janis in the past and remained in contact with her for over 3 years, I trusted that she would do just what she said she could do. I HIGHLY recommend Janis as an agent. There is nothing that I've needed in the past 3 years that she has not been able to help me with.
