My name is Janine Birkhimer and I'm so grateful to be working with you. I've been asking you a lot of questions about your real estate needs, and I thought you'd like to get to know me a little better as well. I stepped into Real Estate in 2013 with a passion for marketing and customer service and the more I immersed myself in the industry, the more I knew this was the new career path for me. I made it official in the summer of 2015 by obtaining my WI Real Estate License. Over the years I have risen to the top 10% of Rock County real estate agents. As one of the top sales leaders at Realty Executives Premier, I have helped over 100 happy buyers and sellers in 2022 and 2023 alone. I just can't wait to see what 2024 brings. A little bit about me personally and professionally. I have been a part of the Janesville community for over 10 years, relocating with my family from Pennsylvania. My family is my first love, and my real estate career has given me the flexibility to do it all - enjoy my children's activities and sports, travel with family and friends, and support the community I love. My strong work ethic and fearless attitude combined with superior negotiating skills have allowed me to succeed in giving my customers and clients the exemplary service I know they deserve. Being your real estate agent isn't just helping you buy or sell a property; my job is to help you through the entire process from pre-approval to closing day. Part of being successful is always being accountable to your goals; some long-term goals of mine would be to continue to grow my business while never sacrificing service or loyalty to prior and current clients, also to acquire my Florida Real Estate License, (it'll be a HUGE sacrifice to head to FL on a frigid day in January and help someone find their dream home! But hey I'll take one for the team) and finally to hire an administrative assistant, oh wait I did that already. Let's meet Melissa Bussinger, Melissa has been with me for several months and I am unsure how I managed without her. Melissa has a unique knack for keeping me on task and accountable for paperwork and timelines (this is not an easy feat). Melissa is an extension of me and has become a huge part of my day-to-day operations and I am confident that my clients will feel as comfortable with her as I do.
