ZillowVERIFIEDWe couldn't have completed the sale of our home without Janice. Our home needed some unexpected repairs and the fact that we weren't local complicated matters. Janice helped us find good contractors and was there every step of the way. She went above and beyond our expectations for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Janice was amazing to work with. My husband and I decided to sell our home of 10 years to move closer to family. Given the current situation with real estate, we were not sure what to expect. Janice was recommended to us and from the first meeting I knew she would have our best interest at heart. She walked us through the process of selling from the price, and she really does study the market, to what to do for showings, and then the process for closing. The house sold within hours and, while it could be overwhelming, Janice helped us weed through offers and step-by-step how and when to handle transfer of utilities. I felt very at ease with Janice and safe that the selling of our home was in good hands. Friendly, accessible, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions, I enjoyed having Janice as my selling agent.

ZillowVERIFIED The service which Janice provided was above and beyond our expectations. She traveled quite the journey with us due to construction delays, yet for almost 2 years she remained attentive and professional. Janices knowledge of the area is without question a huge asset, as we are new to the area, her eager willingness to make recommendations was very helpful. I have no doubt that Janice sincerely cares about her clients and assisting them with their real estate needs. She is very knowledgeable of construction and property and served as a valuable advisor while planning a floor plan and selecting finishes. Janice personally is just a quality individual. Knowing that I was alone less than a month after my move south during my first hurricane, Janice went out of her way to reach out and ensure I felt prepared and comfortable. That is just one example of the caliber of her amazing personality. Janice is one classy lady and I hope to maintain a relationship with her beyond buyer/realtor. She is someone to trust and her positive personality is contagious. Thank you Janice!

ZillowVERIFIED She has gone out of her way to meet our needs. She is not one that just lists the home, she makes it work! She even found a carpenter when we needed a repair. She was very quick to send necessary paperwork when needed. She made our whole process less stressful. We are so thankful to have found her.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough positive things about our realtor, Janice Ash-Sialiano. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor looking in her area to make a purchase. From the time we contacted her looking for a home, she had 13 listing to show on the first day. She understood what type of home my wife and I were looking for and made it a point to show us those types of homes. At no time was she ever pushy and showed a lot of patience. Extremely knowledgeable with local businesses ,and ready to assist with names and phone numbers for contact. She was fully committed with every aspect of the inspections, contracts and in constant contact with us. From the very beginning to the end she was committed to her buyer to make the process as easy as possible. I would fully recommend Janice Ash-Sailiano to be anyone's next Realtor..

ZillowVERIFIED Janice truly goes above and beyond. She helped us through every aspect and was always available to answer our questions. She said, "If I don't answer right away, I didn't get the message for some reason." And that is so true. We texted or emailed, and she responded almost immediately. She has innate knowledge of the area and connected us with people in the community to help us begin to integrate. We appreciated sincerely appreciate her dedication and outstanding customer service.

ZillowVERIFIED Janice Ash Sialiano was the listing agent I had for the selling of my home in Myrtle Beach SC. This was after 6 months with a different agent who listed my home and accomplished nothing.Mrs Ash was totally professional in all aspects of my dealing She knew all aspects of real estate in the local area, She kept me totally informed with regards to showings/ potential buyers comments on the home. Helped me with arranging to have minor discrepancies resolved. She totally worked no my behalf to "get the job done"!. I closed on my property in record time achieving all the goals we established when I listed with her. I feel if I had retained my initial agent I would still be in the same situation as where I was with him when I let him go.I would highly recommend Mrs. Sialiano to anyone I know to assist in any real-estate matters if you want the sale done professionally and in your best interest. Thank you Zillow for letting me provide this positive information so you can help people looking to buy or sell a home. She is a highly skilled /motivated realator who knows the business and gets the job done. ZillowVERIFIED Janice must be one of the hardest working agents I have come into contact with in the last 20 years. Janice was able to list, market and sell a townhouse I owned for 14 years as a rental unit. She maneuvered through some tricky and complicated obstacles to bring this sale to close in an unexpectedly short period of time. Janice will tell you the truth about things, even if it is not what you want to hear. She is truly a fiduciary agent looking out for her clients best interest above all. I have no hesitation in recommending Janice to anyone serious about buying or selling. For any future transactions in this area I will contact Janice first.

ZillowVERIFIED A five star rating for our experience with Janice Ash-Sialiano is not enough. She excels in absolutely EVERY category. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in her area. Her response time, and negotiating skills are exemplary. Janice epitomizes what a true professional should be. If I owned or even managed a real estate company/office, I would want Janice on my staff working for me. Although our property was moderately priced (less than 60K) Janice made us feel as if we were selling a much more valuable piece of real estate. Every aspect of our dealings with Janice was an extremely positive experience. I would recommend working with her very highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough positive things about working with Janice to sell my condo. If I mentioned every way in which she made the process transparent and easy and professional this review would be too long to read. I was an absentee owner so I relied on Janice to take care of every detail which included sprucing the condo with repairs and maintenance in order to list it, taking care of concerns while it was being shown, contacting other agents for feedback and providing me a vital information I needed throughout the process, and making the negotiation process comfortable for me to finalize my sale. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, smart, and skilled. Now that my real estate transaction has been completed I will miss being in contact with her! I recommend her services highly. if you choose Janice to represent you to sell your property or as a buyers agent you will be well taken care of. Thank you Janice for everything you did for me!!

ZillowVERIFIED Janice is phenomenal! I had heard great things about her; but after she listed my property, I got to experience it first hand. If you are looking for someone that will list your house AND stay in contact with you? Janice is your FULL-service real estate agent! I previously listed property in another state and that is exactly what the agent didaEUR"they listed it, and I never heard from them. Janice stayed in touch to let me know when she had planned an open house, what feedback had been given, etc, Even with a hurricane approaching, Janice contacted me to say as soon as it was safe to travel, she would go and check on my home. After she had a contract on my house, her professionalism and helpfulness continued. Need someone to clean aEUR"Janice had a recommendation. Need a mover? She could recommend that, as well. Then, when I mentioned Janices name, everyone immediately gave me first class treatment. You can tell that she is very well respected in the community.Through all of the real estate transactions that I have had over the years, I have never had an agent that gave me the level of service that Janice provided. I truly believe that no one else can compare!

ZillowVERIFIED Janice provided great service from the moment we met. She was prepared at the initial meeting, anticipated our needs throughout the sales process and notified us as various events were scheduled. She sent reminder messages as important dates approached. Janice was the key to receiving an offer on the first day of the active listing. Janice is the model for realtors to follow.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our property with Janice in Late March -- within 2 weeks, she had an offer; this didn't work out (due to financing issues), but within several days, another offer was received. This was an offer with some issues (conditions) which Janice was able to resolve to our satisfaction. Just prior to settlement, the buyer introduced additional conditions which Janice was able to again resolve to our satisfaction. During this process, Janice kept us fully informed of events -- she was a pleasure to work with! My summary comment -- SUPURB professional in every aspect!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience selling our house with Janice's help. She worked diligently to ensure our home was priced correctly for the market, her co-worker took extraordinary photos for the listing and they helped stage my belongings to provide the best first impression. The house sold in one day for more than the listing price. Janice provided a detailed time line to ensure every part of the sale and closing went smoothly. We highly recommend her as a professional you can trust with your real estate dealings.
