She went out of her way on multiple situations to make sure I either had the information I was requesting or representing me with communications to the seller's agent. Even after the closing, she is still supporting me! For example: the washer was not working properly, when it had been suggested that it was in great working condition. She negotiated a payment from the seller to compensate for a least a service call. Then, she notified me of a possible washer/dryer set that was for sale via her network. ZillowVERIFIED There are many reasons why I would not hesitate to recommend Janice Rosenberg and her team to represent me or my family members. Her knowledge of the market and the twists and turns that it can take is paramount, which is important for "market timing". Janice's "speed to the market" is also impressive. She & her team took less than 3 days to get all the required things done (listing, photos, marketing materials, etc.) and in place for showings. She even was able, within that same time period, recalculate our square footage and get the new measurements recorded in the county records. This proved advantageous to us, as our property listed at 3,045 square feet vs. the prior 2,722. Finally, the entire closing process went smooth and without incident. This is a testimony to how prepared Janice and her team is in all aspects of the selling and buying cycle. Again, without hesitation, I would use Janice Rosenberg in any future real estate transaction. She is a great professional, very approachable and just a good person, that works very hard to please her clients.

Living in Western North Carolina and trying to sell our home in Raleigh for over a year was not fun. We interviewed so many realtors, hearing the same initial speech, and finally just wanted to move forward having the house on the market for four months with one realtor and over six months with another. We pretty much gave up after being told we needed to re-do our kitchen, paint the entire house, lower the price, etc., and started looking at other options. We then received an email and had a friend open the house for Kitty, one of the Janice Rosenberg team members. We ended up meeting with Kitty, who had taken the time to evaluate and see the value in our home. We also had a meeting with Janice and Barbara (Home Staging to Sell).
