Huge disappointment and do not recommend her to anyone in any real estate transaction. She was my listing agent, and presented me with a weak offer she encouraged me to accept. It went to closing, but Janice upended the sale based upon fiction and forged legal documents from a broker I reported to the pennsylvania real estate commission last year. Not responsive at all. No backbone at all. She dumped my sale and our listing contract for no reason whatsoever.

In the process of interviewing realtors to assist us in selling our home, Janice became the obvious choice.
