Huge disappointment and do not recommend her to anyone in any real estate transaction. She was my listing agent, and presented me with a weak offer she encouraged me to accept. It went to closing, but Janice upended the sale based upon fiction and forged legal documents from a broker I reported to the pennsylvania real estate commission last year. Not responsive at all. No backbone at all. She dumped my sale and our listing contract for no reason whatsoever.

In the process of interviewing realtors to assist us in selling our home, Janice became the obvious choice. She explained very clearly how she would develop a plan for placing our home on the market and what options we would have to accomplish selling our home. Janice has a very clear understanding of the ever-changing housing market, which was a huge help in setting our expectations for the sale of our home. Janice was well versed in all of the latest marketing tools and techniques that would be used to present our home to the home buying public. Janices personality and communication skills make the stressful process of selling a home a much less anxious experience. Janice kept us informed through the entire negotiating process and was much aligned with our expectations. From our first meeting through closing the entire experience was as stress free as the selling of your home can be. It was a pleasure working with such a competent professional as Janice and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to assist him or her with buying or selling a home.
