Janice has earned several awards through the years for her commitment to excellence. She is proud of her completion of the Leadership 2000 program with the Chamber of Commerce, her time served as a Johnson City Ambassador, and her involvement with the Johnson City Lion''s Club. Janice has served on many committees with the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors and is currently serving as a Director.

She has a great love for nature, gardening and outdoor activities and shares a country home with her husband, Larry.

Janice and Larry are the proud parents of two children (who, by the way, are involved in real estate) and are also grandparents of four grandchildren.
