Jani was always there for us when we had questions, or her assistant Kiana was very helpful as well. We were only interested in one area of homes, and she made it happen. She knows her job well , and gets it done no matter the obstacles that would keep happening . No matter what, Jani gets it done.!!!! Millie & Roger

ZillowVERIFIED I was very happy and pleased with the choice of Jane Summers as my realtor. She knew the neighborhoods and made great recommendations. I was able to find a townhome the first day of searching that I loved. Our offer was accepted and the whole process was very smooth. I would highly recommend Jani Summers and her office partner, Samantha Mix. Very efficient, responsive and extremely helpful. 5 stars all the way!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with both Jani and Samantha Mix. Due to vacation times I would say we worked 85% with Samantha. She was professional, always responsive to our many questions and went above and beyond to promote and sell our home. We would not have done it without them! We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I were looking for a realtor, one of our friends who is a home appraiser, recommended Jani Summers from Engels and Volker in Hamilton, Montana. Choosing Jani along with her assistant Samantha Mix, also a realtor, has been one of the best financial decisions that my husband and I have made in the last several years. Not only did this team value our home correctly, but when they put our home on the market, we had three offers in four days, with us accepting a bid higher than the valuation. They had our interests 100%, and we are so satisfied. Working with Jani and Samantha was such a positive experience that our stress level was kept at a minimum. It is worth mentioning that Jani is a skilled negotiator, and that skill was beneficial when dealing with price negotiations, inspections, etc. Their experience is so vast that, for example, when they visited our home in the fall, Jani recognized who had built our kitchen cabinetry several decades ago. Both Jani and Samantha advised us on how to stage our home (with site visitations). Every decision that was recommended by Jani was ethical and right on target. They held our hands all of the way, so to speak, and helped us with all kinds of small details such as finding moving boxes. My husband and I have sold our homes before, but never have we received such professional help as we have received from Jani and Samantha. We did not know either woman when we started this venture, but we have ended up considering these two professionals as friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of working with Jani's associate, Samantha Mix, as well as with Jani when Samantha was out of town. Samantha was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very patient with us, and so accessible. It was a long process to find a home and compete with an offer in this market, and both Samantha and Jani worked very hard with us to help us find and then get the house we wanted. They were prompt to answer questions and obtain any information we requested. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to find the home that's just right in the Bitterroot Valley!

ZillowVERIFIED Moving from Washington State to Montana was a walk in the park. Jani and Samantha went way above and beyond to make this move so easy. From start to finish they were on it. If you are looking for a new home or a second home or you want to sell you better call these ladies. They will not let you down. So grateful for their help. They are the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Jani's knowledge of the bitterroot is vast. And she is able to draw from generations of living in the valley. Her knowledge of the area keeps you from wasting time going down rabbit holes which could cost you attaining that "forever home" you are seaking. A lot of the properities go so fast thst you need an agent that has her hand on the pulse of the valley and jani is your girl. Besides jani's vast knowledge she is very responsive to inquiries and if busy with other clients you get a short text "be free in 2 hours" and guess what you get a call in 2 hours , what a concept returning a call when you said. Jani and her assistant samantha (who is also great) when asked for a recommendation for a service person they have always recommended competent contractors. It is difficult not being their yet and nerding something addressed on the property. So they dont stop being your agent when all the papers are signed. My wife and i consider jani and samantha to be like part of family. I guarantee you will not go wrong selecting jani as your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Jani Summers and her assistant Samantha are simply the best. Every step of the way the provided superb service, expert knowledge, patient guidance and whatever else was required. Jani is a consummate professional, so glad we chose her as our buyers agent. She gave as much care and attention to a low 6 figure land deal as I believe she would to a million dollar home sale. I can not recommend Jani Summers and Engle and Volker Real Estate more highly. If we need real estate services again, we will definitely call Jani.

ZillowVERIFIED Jani made the entire selling process simple! She knows the area inside and out, works closely with you throughout the process, and is a true pleasure to work with. I don't live in the area and her expertise and patience made me feel like I was there every step of the way! I wouldn't consider using anyone else for future real estate transactions in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Jani did a great job, never getting frustrated when some buyers walked and consistantly looked for other buyers for the homes we sold. She also negotiated to get us a reasonable selling price we could be happy with. I do recommend Jani Summers as your next Real Estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I wanted to move From Florida to Hamilton MT and were there looking at houses while vacationing there. We called a local real estate office Engel & Volkers and got in contact with Samantha Mix and Jani Summers, who showed us several houses and we ultimately found a house we liked. We had to return home to Florida and conduct the entire process from out of state. Not only were Jani and Samantha very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, but they went way above and beyond by navigating us around obstacles and roadblocks that popped up along the way. My husband and I were blindsided by some issues with our loan and Jani and Samantha put us in contact with a local lender who was 1000 times better! The entire process was expedited we were able to close on our house within a couple weeks. This was only possible because Jani and Samantha stuck with us and worked out all the kinks along the way, probably some we dont even know about. Samantha Mix made herself available to us 24/7 and was helpful in ways you just dont see much anymore in this big impersonal world. Jani and Samantha keep their eye on the ball, in a world that always seems to be dropping it and I wanted to make sure they get the credit they deserve.

ZillowVERIFIED Jani and I have worked on many projects. These include buying and selling investment properties, single family homes, and bare land. Jani grew up in the Bitterroot valley and knows everyone and most properties from memory. She is always on top of the market, and is able to be very accurate in analyzing properties.I have had nothing but great experiences working with Jani, but above all it is her honesty and integrity that make it easy for me to recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Want a top notch realtor? contact Jani Summers!! We drove to MT from Colorado and had an appointment set up three years ago to see a realtor in Hamilton about buying property up there. He never showed up! I called Jani by letting my fingers do the walking through the Yellow pages and was thrilled with her response. Within a day she had us out looking at property that fit OUR needs! Her quickness in getting us lined up with property, her professionalism and her great sense of humor as well as her knowledge sets her apart from many in the Bitterroot Valley. She knows almost EVERYONE in the town and if you need something, she knows where to get it. Jani is a terrific person and realtor and you will NOT go wrong using her for your real estate needs.
