The one we wanted had gotten a lot of attention and had multiple other bids immediately, but Janet was an awesome negotiator and moved very fast. She was also very confident she could sell ours on time so we could use that sale for our down payment, and that she certainly did. And all of this with prices we were more than happy with. Janet was always responsive and always provided options if we were uneasy about something. Being rather pessimistic myself I really appreciated this. Her team was wonderful to work with as well.
