Common Question: Is this a good market to buy? Answer: Timing the market is tricky. But the right time to buy is when you're financially ready and the home is right for you!

Common Question: What do I need to fix before selling my home? Answer: The answer is that every home is different. Rather than spending money on unnecessary repairs, it's beneficial to have a real estate professional walk through your home to identify the improvements that are most likely to matter to today's buyers. This helps you prioritize your time and budget while maximizing your home's appeal.

As Tucson's Eastside Specialist, I have extensive experience helping sellers and buyers throughout East Tucson while also assisting clients across the greater Tucson area. My experience includes first-time sellers and buyers, move-up homeowners, luxury home clients, downsizers, relocation clients, and real estate investors. I understand that every client's goals are different, which is why I provide personalized guidance, strategic marketing, and skilled negotiation to help achieve the best possible outcome while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

One of my favorite transactions involved working with homeowners who wanted to maximize the value of their home before selling. Rather than rushing to list, we met well in advance and completed a thorough walk-through together. I provided recommendations on a few maintenance items that would have the greatest impact on buyers, and they were willing to invest the time to complete those improvements. We also worked with my stager to enhance the home's presentation. Their preparation and willingness to follow a strategic plan paid off—the home went under contract in just four days. What made this transaction especially rewarding wasn't simply the quick sale, but helping my clients feel confident throughout the process and seeing their hard work translate into a successful outcome.

My path into real estate began after a rewarding career in education. While I loved teaching, I was looking for a profession that combined my passion for helping people with my interest in homes and the Tucson community. I quickly discovered that many of the skills I developed as a teacher—communication, patience, organization, and problem-solving—were just as valuable in real estate as they were in the classroom.

I believe continuing education is an important part of providing the best possible service to my clients. I have earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, which provides advanced training in representing homebuyers and negotiating on their behalf. My e-PRO® certification allows me to effectively use today's technology and digital tools to make the buying and selling process more efficient and convenient. I am also a New Home Certified Professional, helping clients navigate the unique process of purchasing new construction, and a Certified Senior Specialist, providing guidance to older adults and their families during important housing transitions. I enjoy continuing my education so I can better serve my clients and provide knowledgeable, up-to-date guidance throughout every transaction.
