We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vacation home with Janet. From the first time we spoke, she demonstrated specific industry knowledge and tremendous market experience compared with other agents we had communicated with prior. Janet has an easy-going, yet professional demeanour and we are confident her timely communication and negotiation helped us save money on our purchase. We would highly recommend her to our friends and family; thank you! A &S, Toronto Canada

Janet facilitated the process of buying a house for both Marcus and I. Thanks to Janet we were able to retire in a beautiful home in a very short amount of time. She went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth process. We are very happy and grateful for Janet being in our lives! Highly recommend 10/10

Janet Liciaga is part of a dying breed. Unfortunately, most people do not reply to phone calls, return messages, reply to emails and just simply follow up anymore. It is sad...We need people like her to train this new generation on how to conduct business properly. Thank you Janet for doing your job and going above and beyond on top of that.

Janet is great! She found us a lovely rental home. Unlike many of her peers, she is not pushy and took her time with us. She now manages our property and is doing equally well in that regard as well! I would highly recommend Janet and for both Real Estate and Property management.

Highly recommended. Janet is an AWESOME agent! She always answered her phone/text and replied to emails swiftly. She has a really good understanding of the local market and she goes beyond to get the buyer what he wants. I bought a house through her that had multiple offers. She was able to negotiate with the seller and the whole process took less than a month.

Im a real estate investor and have looked/interviewed more than 6 realtors in Kissimmees area and I would highly recommend Janet if you are looking for your 1st home or investment property. Janet is an amazing realtor who listens to you and takes her time with you. Shes not only coachable but adaptable to your objectives and purpose in your purchase! She understands that its not only about buy/selling, but its also the relationship you have with people. I look forward to doing more deals with her.
