ZillowVERIFIEDJanet has all the qualities of an excellent realtor. Her communication skills are impeccable! What impressed me was her ability to communicate when transactions were being delayed or there were hiccups with offers. Most realtors excel in communicating only the good news. Janet priced our home accordingly and we received top dollar offers. She vetted the offers thoroughly and removed the ones with flaws. The showing of our home was also handled superbly. Last but not least was her integrity, professionalism and an impressive work ethic. I highly recommend Janet Kane for your next real estate transaction!
ZillowVERIFIEDJanet is a true professional that knows the real estate business with her 30 plus years of experience . She helped me find the perfect home for me. It was not an easy process during the summer months, but she stood by my side. She would search daily for homes that matched my criteria and would schedule appointments so that I could see them. She would reassure me that the right home was still out there for me every time we would go out. She was knowledgable as to the value of homes to make sure my offers where solid. She also sold my previous home and that experience was also pleasant. I felt that I got what my home was worth and it was a smooth process. Janets personality allows her clients to feel like she really cares about them and about finding the right home for them by taking their needs into consideration. It is without reservation that I would recommend Janet Kane as your go to person for all your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Janet to anyone looking to buy a home in the area! And she wasn't even our agent she was the buyers agent. But she was so kind and extremely helpful we had a terrible experience with our actual realtor and had many questions that she never not answered! She was always punctual and so friendly! She made the process of selling our first family home so much easier! Forver thankful for her help ans wisdom during this process!
ZillowVERIFIEDJanet really knows her stuff and has excellent knowledge about comps and how to buy & sell a home. She was my realtor to buy my home and to sell it and was extremely helpful and supportive!!! She's amazing!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDJanet Kane is not a good choice as a buyers agent. She apparently is only interested in an easy commission. She did no property searches for me (I did them), she never looked at properties for me (although I live out of state), she did no negtations for me on a property I had an interest in.When I made an offer but the loan wasnt approved, she made no effort to follow through in the return of my earnest money. Her response was to go through small claims court, even though there are pages and pages of talk to use arbitration to settle disagreements, she did not want provide any means of follow through with that. She said the property couldnt be sold unless my earnest money was returned. Well, the house sold, she wasnt even aware of it and I have not received my earnest money 6 months later. The only effort Janet Kane put forward for me as a buyer, was to sign her name on the necessary documents to get her to that easy commission.
