ZillowVERIFIED Janet provided us with tremendous help in both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge helped us through a very stressful time with as little pain as possible. She took care of all details in the marketing, photography and management of the sale process that allowed us to secure an excellent sale of our home. Her guidance was key to our finding and purchase of the exact home and community we hoped to secure. We highly recommend Janet to anyone who is seeking to either sell or buy a home in the near future. Her assistance and guidance were second to none in allowing us to get through the process easily and secure in the knowledge that our best interests were always her goal!

ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed 4 other agents before I chose Janet. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was apparent right away. She knew the market. When I thought my price was too high, Janet was adamant we werent. She was right. I was wrong. She sold my home for over the asking price. Janet will be there for you. I couldnt ask for a better agent, who I'm happy to say is my friend.

When I decided to put my condo on the market, I interviewed a total of 5 agents. After speaking with Janet, I knew she was the agent I wanted to represent me. She is kind, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable of the housing market. She looked after my best interests. And when I thought we were asking too much, she was adamant that we weren't. She was right. I was wrong. We got asking price and then some! Janet is a leader. She will steer you in the right direction. You will be in good hands.

ZillowVERIFIED I'd highly recommend Janet whether buying or selling a house. Janet was our listing agent when we recently sold our parents home. We found Janet to be very knowledgeable/on top of a changing market, down to earth, honest, and was very sensitive to all the issues and speed bumps that are encountered when selling the longtime family home.

ZillowVERIFIED Janet Falco not only helped me buy my new home but was instrumental in helping me sell our existing home. Her follow-up and due diligence was top notch. She was extremely thorough and professional and being on an extremely tight timeline I have to say that it was 100% due to Janet's persistence and follow-up that we were able to sell my house in ONE day. Janet is extremely professional, sincere, and was ALWAYS available to answer my calls/texts and was even kind enough to talk me off the ledge a few times in having to deal with two houses at once. I highly recommend Janet and have recommended Janet to others looking to buy and sell a house. Janet is by far the best realtor we have worked with in the industry. SHE IS THE BEST......

ZillowVERIFIED When we began looking for our first home, we sought a realtor who was responsive, trustworthy, and possessed a deep understanding of the personalities involved in our real estate transaction. We found that in Janet. Through the years, she has handled three transactions for my family (one sale and two purchases). Each time Janet went above and beyond, and made sure that our desires and needs were met. Her understanding of the people and personalities we dealt with gave us the tools we needed to find the home that was perfect for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Janet to each of my family members, friends, and colleagues seeking to buy or sell across Long Island.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Janet over a year before we actually worked with her selling and buying a home. She followed up with us after meeting at an open house - a little note, an email - and occasional phone call - just to let us know she was still around when we were ready for the move. When we finally did call her to tell her we were ready - two transactions went more smoothly than we could ever have imagined. Her timing, professionalism and upbeat personality - kept us on course and achieving our goal of downsizing to live closer to family. Thank you Janet!

ZillowVERIFIED It was my good fortune to find Janet on-line and use her as my real estate agent. She was able to give me insight into the ins and outs of purchasing as this was my first` home ownership. She help me find a terrific mortgage bank, a wonderful lawyer for my legal needs but most important she was the go between myself and the seller getting some questions answered, issues cleared up and being a good support. We have continued to be in touch and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
