Janet helped my wife and I in every step of the home buying process. She is extremely punctual with her appointments and was always available for a showing of a home (day and night). I would recommend her to any home buyer and seller. She really gets the job done and when it came to negotiation, she really went to bat for us. She knows the right people in the industry to help with loans and inspections. I'd also like to mention that she is extremely patient with buyers and doesn't push you into anything you don't want to buy. 10 out of 10!

We decided the time had come to sell our house and move on to our next great adventure. Janet made the process so easy for us, saved us so much time, and saved us money too! We were going to do the 'usual things' and paint all the walls and take everything back to basics Janet made the point that all that stuff was not necessary. She asked us what the first thing we did when we bought the house and we said paint the walls. She said yes, so why are we going to waste our time and money painting the walls when the new owners are going to move in a paint the walls. That is the kind of thing that makes working with a professional worth while! And those are the things that demonstrate why she has more than a couple of awards to her name and why she has earned every single one of them. Long story short, Janet made the process easy, very low stress for us as the sellers, and got us a great price for the house. I highly recommend her and If I had more houses to sell I would call her for each and every one of them!
