Janet Borden and her team are simply awesome!!! We interviewed several real estate brokers when selling our Highland Park, IL, home in late 2021, and narrowed it down to two brokers, both of whom seemed very qualified. One was quite conservative and recommended a selling price that I thought was aEURoereasonableaEUR?. Janet came in, looked around, suggested a few changes, rearranged the furniture a bit in several rooms, and said she thought the home would sell quickly at a 25% higher price than the other broker. We thought about it and retained Janet and her team. The first day on the market, we had three offers. We did not accept those offers at Janets advice, but waited about a week longer and accepted an essentially full price offer. Simply wow. Kim from the very beginning of our condo search was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. We threw every question in the book at her being first-time home buyers and on top of that, a military family utilizing a VA loan.
