From the very beginning Janet was very honest,knowledgeable & tuned in to every aspect of selling a home. She came to our home prepared with market trends,analysis. We listed our home & were getting very good feedback from potential buyers & suddenly the buyers seemed to be holding out. We eventually decided to pull off of the market, our decision. We were absolutely blown away with how awesome Janet is. Being new to real estate in general we were a bit overwhelmed when we started looking for an agent, but after one meeting with Janet we knew we were in good hands. She sat us down and went over the entire process, from listing our condo in Dublin to closing on our home in Tracy. Janet was always incredibly responsive to any of our texts, emails, and phone calls. This is huge! My husband and I are both very detail oriented and tend to ask the same questions multiple times, but Janet was always more than happy to go over anything we had questions on. Being as talented as she is, Janet obviously had other clients, but she always made us feel like her top priority. Our condo in Dublin was a part of the BMR/First Time Homebuyer program, which was new to Janet, but she immediately got in touch with the city and familiarized herself with all of the requirements. She was even able to close our sale quicker than normal for the program, which was a huge help in closing on our home in Tracy. My transaction was a short sale purchase which involved two major banks and all the delays & politics that come with them.
