ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Janelle and had a great experience. She is incredibly responsive. We started off with a initial phone call to see if she would be a match for our relocation. She knows an incredible amount about the areas, HOA's, school districts etc. She was also realistic in telling us what we could get for our budget and what we would have to sacrifice. We had a very short time to find our property, and she had organized many open houses. She listened to the types of features we were trying to find and in the end we ended up finding the perfect match. While some of the negotiation was rocky due to dealing with a relocation company on the other end, she made sure we knew exactly what needed to be signed got us through the hiccups. After moving in, she checked in on us to make sure things were as expected. Since we are new to the state, she also provided other helpful information about living here that we otherwise wouldn't have known. ZillowVERIFIED Spring of 2014 Judy and Janelle put our Far North Dallas house on the market and had it sold over the first weekend! While this was certainly good news, we were faced with the real problem of finding a new home in a very tight market in the neighborhood we wanted to be in. There were NO houses for sale North of Frankford off Campbell. We expanded our search into South Plano and Judy helped us envision the remodeling changes possible to make one of these houses our dream home. I estimate we toured at least 25 homes in Plano. Judy was very patient with us (we didn't want to compromise) and we so much appreciated her dedication to our search and her knowing which houses to show us and which houses we would not be interested in. We were up against a Hard deadline to move-out of a rent house by Sept, and we were becoming anxious. All the while we were touring homes, we would think about the area we REALLY wanted to be in. Judy was tireless in her efforts to find us our home, and with Janelle went "door knocking" in our #1 desired area, letting home-owners know that if they were interested in selling, they had ready and willing buyers interested.
