My biggest advice to buyers is to get pre-approved, know your budget, and be realistic about what you truly need versus what would simply be nice to have. Don’t let the excitement of buying a home cause you to stretch beyond what you’re comfortable with. Take your time, ask questions, and remember that no home is perfect. Focus on finding a home that fits your lifestyle, your budget, and your long-term goals. Having a trusted Realtor who will educate you, advocate for you, and help you navigate the process can make all the difference.

First impressions matter, so taking the time to declutter, clean, and make the right updates can make a big difference. Pricing is also critical—your home needs to be positioned correctly from the beginning to attract the right buyers. Most importantly, choose a Realtor who will be honest with you, communicate throughout the process, and have a clear marketing strategy to get your home the exposure it deserves.

I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of buyers and sellers, from first-time homebuyers and growing families to empty nesters, seniors, investors, and clients relocating to or from the area. I’ve helped clients navigate everything from starter homes and condos to luxury properties, waterfront homes, and large acreage properties. I’ve also worked with families through more complex situations, including estate and probate sales, and I’m passionate about making every client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

One of the transactions that has stayed with me most was helping a family through a major transition in their lives. What made it special wasn’t simply finding them a home or getting their previous home sold—it was being able to guide them through a time that came with a lot of emotions, questions, and uncertainty. I was able to be there for them throughout the entire process, help them understand their options, solve challenges as they came up, and ultimately see them move into the next chapter of their lives. Those are the transactions I cherish most—the ones where I know I made a difference beyond the paperwork and truly helped a family get where they needed to be.

I’ve been in the real estate industry for nearly 12 years, but my passion for real estate started long before I became a Realtor. Having relocated several times myself, I understand firsthand how exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—the process of buying, selling, and starting over in a new community can be. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others navigate those same transitions with confidence. Today, I’m proud to help buyers and sellers throughout our community with a personal, knowledgeable, and honest approach. Earning my Associate Degree from Monroe County Community College gave me a strong foundation in communication, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving—skills I use every day in real estate. More importantly, it reflects my commitment to continuing to learn and grow. Real estate involves navigating contracts, negotiations, deadlines, and unexpected challenges, and my education helps me approach those situations thoughtfully and professionally.
