She took my kids and I on a tour of 4 houses in Jackson but knew right away the one that was to become our new home. Janelle helped me through the ins and outs of home buying, taught me a lot and made sure my family was protected through the process. It was an interesting experience due to inheriting a home and the financing we received to purchase our new one but working with Gold Rush made it seem easy. I personally loved working with Janelle so much I would only work with her on selling my inherited home in Marin County. Even though she had never worked in Marin before, she got my house sold within a month! Janelle is an amazing agent who pours care and respect into everything she does. I am so happy to not only have sold my house, purchased our dream homestead but also to have a new friend! I highly recommend!!

We live out of town from where we were looking to buy and from the start she went above and beyond to help us make it happen. She would go to multiple properties and send photos and videos so we didnt have to make the trip every time. She communicated with us and guided us on how to make an offer with different ideas and strategies in mind. For inspections, she handled all the communication with the different companies and helped organize all of the bids. She was available for all of our questions by phone and text even when she was on vacation with her family! We appreciated her honesty and her encouragement throughout the process. Although the first buyer backed out, she was able to find us a second buyer at $20,000 more. She was instrumental in making sure the new property received a complete new roof rather than the overlay the seller tried to install. The transaction took 3 months and hundreds of emails and Janelle was always available, courteous, upbeat and professional.
