ZillowVERIFIED Janelle steered us through the entire home-buying experience with a thorough professionalism and quiet competence. She was fully acquainted with the local market, worked closely with us to refine our search parameters, and was continually able to show us interesting properties. She was particularly adept at "hand-holding" for us newbies. As we came down to crunch time, her input into our negotiating strategy was a key factor in our successful bid. It's hard to imagine a better partner in our home search. We would unreservedly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy a home in Florida's Treasure Coast.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Janelle sold my house so fast, my head was spinning. She also sold it for a very close to listing price. She knows her properties and the market well. Thank you, Janelle.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall, Janelle followed through on what proved to be a tortuous trail involved with a delayed sale of our previous home and even a reluctant realtor who thought he had someone else interested in what became our new home. She persisted in following through with our negotiation, and was most helpful in the closing process.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Janelle about a property she had listed. It wasn't what I was looking for. Janelle learned what I wanted, & kept in touch with me for nearly a year, contacting me whenever something that might interest me came on the market. Janelle showed me several homes, and was always looking out for my best interest. She's an expert who knows & works with other experts, so you can be confident in her advice. Janelle is professional, honest, hard-working, and very responsive. You'll enjoy working with her, and you'll be thrilled with the home you buy as a result!

ZillowVERIFIED Janelle is truly professional in the sense that she know what is on the market, has excellent communication skills and the ability to truly listen to the client's wishes and desires in their purchase of a home. She also has to expertise in knowing current real estate market value and is truly instrumental in negotiating with the listing agents representing the sellers. It was a pleasure to work with her. We relocated from another area and Janelle helped us find our perfect home . She truly listened to what we wanted in a home and followed through very quickly on every aspect of the process. Janelle is extremely knowledgeable and negoiated the sale extremely efficiently. I would list a home with her in a heartbeat. Janelle is great to work with and has all the skills you do not find in other agents. She is well connected in the Treasure Coast community and is knowledgeable about the educational system and is a great resource for any information. Janelle gets the job done!! Her follow through is amazing. My daughter is moving down here. I will only let her deal with the professional: Janelle. Thanks again Janelle!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Janelle held my hand through my first home purchase and the long search for that home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest , hardworking professional . She treated me as though I were buying a million dollar property rather than one for 50,000. Many thanks Janelle....Sincerely, Robert Ridgely
