ZillowVERIFIED Janelle was recommended to us by a friend of mine. Once my husband and I decided to list, Janelle started working her magic. She immediately rolled up her sleeves and helped us stage our home for maximum "wow". We went live on February 7th and had a cash offer within a week. Janelle didn't pounce on it, though. She knew we could do better. Sure enough, four days later, we had two offers that were $5k above listing price! We signed within less than two weeks of listing. Janelle and Doug made everything so easy and helped out every step of the way. She is amazing and I highly recommend her to any looking to buy or sell a home. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Janelle treated us and our home as if we were her only client. She treated the sale of our home as if were a family member's. She immediate staged it because we had moved out. She invested so much time and effort. There were obstacles as there usually in in selling homes I'm sure but she let nothing stand in the way of getting our home off the market fast. I can't say enough about her professionalism, which shockingly is not as common as you'd think in that industry. She was thorough, thoughtful, purposeful in her open houses and mainly flat out determined. I can't stress enough how I believe that she was the driving force in selling our home and getting us exactly what we wanted for the house. She is the best of the best and I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Janelle is the BEST! My husband & I were relocating from MA to FL and she was recommended to us. Janelle went over and above showing us homes in our price range and the criteria that we wanted (pond view/pool, low HOA fees, elevations, etc.). Trust me, we had a long list of criteria! Until my husband arrived in FL before me, most of our communication was electronic, but she was available whenever we needed her. And she sent us daily listings for us to review. Because I stayed behind in MA to sell our home there, my husband was house hunting with Janelle. I was very comfortable with leaving him in her good hands to find the right home & she always made sure I was involved. It didn't matter what time of day it was or if it was a weekend/holiday, Janelle was available to go see homes with him. Her communication with both of us was outstanding and her dedication to finding just the right home for us was beyond our expectations. She is professional, informative, experienced and a joy to work with. We highly recommend Janelle for helping to list/buy/sell any home because she is a true gem in a very competitive profession. It is obvious she is sensitive and passionate about her clients and wants to meet whatever particular needs they have. She knows the market and area extensively and her years of experience are apparent from your first meeting with her. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking at homes in Florida online from Tennessee. Our lending agent who works with VA loans recommended Janelle Duncan because df her expertise with VA loans. Janelle came across as very friendly and knowledgeable during our first contact. Since we were so far away, Janelle worked with our son, showing him some of the houses she thought we might be interested in. On very short notice, we made a trip to Florida to see several homes we thought we may be interested in. Janelle was like an old friend while being very professional at the same time. She had appointments for all the homes set up and was very knowledgeable regarding the areas. If there was anything we ask that she wasn't 100% sure of, it took her only a few minutes to confirm. We found our house, did all the paperwork and then left for Tennessee as we had a house to sell. Janelle was always only a phone call, text message or email away. She was very quick to respond to any task. Janelles worked with the listing agent and loan company to make sure all inspections were done and everything went smoothly. Janelle was exemplary in both demeanor and skill. We would use Janelle again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a super agent, without reservation!
