Janelle help me find an apartment when i first moved to the area. She made sure to find me a good area to live in and listened to my needs. Janelle is a gem! We first came into contact with her through a rental listing on Zillow. First impression: promptly responsive, courteous, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were so delighted with her work that we hired her to help us find our new home, and did she ever. This woman will work her tail off for you. She had her work cut out with us because of limited budget and relocation radius (we were very specific about certain areas that we wanted to move to), not great to fair credit, among some other minor hangups, but she knocked it out of the park. Her skill set and work ethic that initially intrigued us continued and she was amazing. She really is all about her clients. She will bend over backwards, and do it with a smile, great sense of humor, outstanding efficiency and (i repeat) solid work ethic. You could not be in better hands. We will be looking to her when we are ready to buy our house. As my daughter and son rightly pointed out...Shes the bomb.

Janelle was fantastic she took me to numerous places to see . I had just moved here from NYC and was unsure of the lay of the land and she personally went and looked at the apartments prior to us going to weed out the awful places. She made it her business to get to know me and my taste to help find the perfect place . I am very happy in my new apartment with my eight year old daughter. Janelle also was careful to direct me to the areas with the best rated schools. Excellent experience she will try until she succeeds.
