I'd never bought or sold a home before, and I greatly appreciated her expertise, experience, and patience when I asked a million questions. It sold for a great price, I'm quite sure in part because per Janel's recommendation we hired one of her preferred stagers to make the house look its best for potential buyers. Janel was extremely responsive and kept checking back to see if she could help (and help she did; moving boxes, helping me find new owners for some of Mom's stuff, and more) in the months leading up to putting the house on the market. Once Mom & I were on the road to her new home in another state, Janel and her team (and folks they hired) handled cleaning, staging, and selling. The house sold for more than expected and it was a huge relief for Janel to handle the house sale while I handled Mom's move and illness. I'd hire Janel again in a heartbeat.
