Even though we didn't buy from Tom, we knew from our previous meetings and his responsiveness to calls/texts that he was who we were going to list with. We asked Tom to come out to the property several times when we weren't sure about certain design elements or finish levels, he was always more than happy to stop by and answer any questions we had.
