ZillowVERIFIEDAs out of town buyers, we had to rely heavily on Jane for not only her market pricing knowledge, but her vast network of resources for getting our new home closed. She provided valuable insights throughout, and was able to get pros out in our quick two day turnaround to give us piece of mind after the inspection. Highly recommend Jane to anyone doing either a local move, or coming in from out of town. Her knowledge and resources are immeasurable.

ZillowVERIFIED Jane was awesome to work with. We were moving to Cleveland from out of state and often had last minute requests for showings when coming to town. Jane always made it happen. We changed our minds several times on the type of home we were looking to buy. Again, Jane came through. The home we ended up purchasing was also a last minute request and Jane helped us with the sale from out of state. We would highly recommend Jane if you are in need a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We got so lucky with Jane! We were moving back after being out of state and had to pick an agent after looking at reviews online. Moving is such a headache, moving from several states away is even worse, but Jane was a bright spot in the process for us. With only having a few days in town, Jane made time for us to tour many homes. She helped us understand the different areas, pointed us towards areas she thought would be a good fit and advised us when she thought an area wasn't what we were looking for, so we didn't waste valuable time on properties that weren't a good fit. She helped us find an inspector, attended the inspections in our absence and even followed up on repairs at the house for us to make sure everything was done before closing. It was the most seamless process of the move, I only wish unpacking was as simple as the purchase! I would recommend Jane to anyone, a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the pleasure of working with Jane to sell our house and purchase a new home, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience, From start to finish, Jane was incredibly knowledgeable and provided invaluable insights that helped us make informed decisions. Her responsiveness was truly impressive; whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening, Jane was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. She guided us through the entire process with professionalism and ease, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her expertise in pricing our home competitively led to a quick and successful sale, and her keen eye for details helped us find the perfect new home that met all our criteria. We felt confident and supported every step of the way. We highly recommend Jane to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her dedication, market knowledge, and exceptional customer service set her apart, and we are grateful for all her hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I started to look on Zillow for houses we saw Janes name on all the sold properties we would have wanted for ourselves, thats when we knew if we didnt hire Jane we would be competing with her. It was the smartest move we made because there is no question that we secured the house we wanted for the price we got it at because of Jane. Her knowledge of the area, the home buying/selling process, and home values were what set us apart from others on the market. I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell in the Cleveland area!

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second time working with Jane - once again she did an outstanding job! First she helped us find the new perfect home. Her knowledge of Rocky River and the surrounding area is incredible, and she was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Not only that, she was able to help ensure a winning offering, something that is not easy in this current competitive buying market. She is a pleasure to work with and incredibly responsive via text, email, phone, and in-person. Simultaneously Jane helped us sell our previous home once we had grown out of it. That process went just as smoothly. It was our first time selling a house and Jane was able to help us understand the process every step of the way. Her tips and help with staging the house no doubt helped the house sell quickly, getting us an above asking price offer on the first day on the market. Wow! This was immensely helpful in reducing our stress and anxiety in buying and selling our homes. Overall Jane is the person you want to work with when buying or selling a home. I have recommended her to other friends and family members and they have all had equally amazing experiences with her help in buying/selling their homes. I can't recommend her enough - you won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Jane went above and beyond what anyone would expect from their realtor. I was out of town when I put my house on the market, which would have been impossible without Jane. She was at the house to let contractors and cleaners in when needed and called on her many resources to help me get the house ready to market, which she sold in record time. Shes resourceful, extremely knowledgeable, and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Jane was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process of buying a home. I enjoyed the database of homes that met my specifications and were emailed to me as they came to market. While going to see homes Jane was very accommodative with my time schedule around work. Her knowledge and experience was very evident while walking through open homes. I felt very comfortable that she had my best interest when it came to looking at possible pitfalls. Jane had an electrician come to the home to alleviate any concerns I had. The negotiations with the seller were smooth and transparent. Overall, I was very pleased with Jane.

ZillowVERIFIED Jane Vitou is a true professional who helps you every step of the way when buying a house. In the past 2 months, I have used Jane to both sell a rental property I owned and to purchase a home for my husband and I. Jane was a true source of knowledge and experience. She was prompt in getting back to me with any questions (and I had lots of questions). She guided me along the way to make the best decisions on both the selling end in the case of the rental property and on the buying end in the case of the home we purchased. I would highly recommend Jane Vitou as a real estate professional.
