ZillowVERIFIEDHave used Jane for a previous real estate transaction and contacted her to handle my most recent one. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond for me as I was located in another state. She handled things that I was unable to due to distance constraints. I would highly recommend Jane for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We and family members have used Jane as a realtor in at least 6 real estate transactions on both seller and buyer side. She is professional and knows the real estate business including market trends and legal requirements. She will guide you in what updates to make before listing. Jane will help you fine tune your wants and likes which sometimes takes multiple searches. She wont give up. She is not pushy and in her quietness, gets the job done. I would highly recommend Jane for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Jane helped me purchase a new home. She was available to show me several homes, offered helpful input, and guided me through the process. She was always available and very helpful - and all of this was in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic! Thanks Jane!

ZillowVERIFIED Jane is the very best; we had two offers on the first day! Jane sold our home in Grand Blanc in 2006 and were so impressed that we called her to sell our home in Rochester Hills. She knows the area and really does the research to make sure you get the best price and still appraise. We trust her plus she's really cool!

She worked with us and the relocation company to ensure we had all the aEURoeTsaEUR? crossed. We had inspections and requirements from the relocation company that had to be done prior to closing and with being out of town some, she took the time to check on the house and make sure it was secure. ZillowVERIFIED Dealing with two realtors due to relocation, Jane was definitely the rock in the whole move. Running into snags last minute, Jane was very calm and collective. Looking at houses, she was very patient with us as sometimes it was stressful for us. But, she always came up with great options on what to do next when my husband and I were unable to agree with each other. Also, her responsiveness deserves a 6th star, as she was always right around the corner in her responses. We definitely recommend Jane!

ZillowVERIFIED I discovered Jane when I made an appointment to view one of her listings in Fenton, Michigan. I didn't buy the house but, instead, adopted HER as my agent! The following day, I discovered a new listing nearby. She got me in immediately and it was ideal for my budget and lifestyle. She successfully negotiated an accepted offer within 24 hours. Jane doesn't rely on pressure sales or any gimmicks, which I greatly appreciate. She responds quickly and stays on top of contractual details, leaving the client to enjoy a worry free experience. Her ethics are unparalleled in the real estate business and hence, I trust her implicitly. Thus, I wouldn't hesititate to refer Jane to family and friends! I absolutely LOVE my new house and am extremely grateful to have found such a dedicated and delightful agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Jane helped us with purchasing our new home. She spent hours looking at homes and walking us through every process of buying a new home. When it came time to sell our old home she did her research and came up with a good sale price because the house had an offer 12 hours after listing it. If you are looking for a Real Estate Professional that will work hard for you, then Jane is your person. Thanks again Jane for all that you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Jane was fantastic! Completely down-to-earth, didn't try to just sell me on the "I can sell your house fast!" jargon. I expressed the importance of getting a certain amount for our house, and she was able to help us make that happen. She dealt with any issues that arose quickly and efficiently. And, we were able to sign closing documents from our new home across the country! I would definitely recommend Jane to anyone in the area that is looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jane kept us informed during the process of selling and she answered questions promptly. She was understanding of our needs and was encouraging when needed. Since it was late fall and well into the holidays, we knew that buyers would few. She told us we may have only one or two parties looking at our home, but probably one of them would buy it. She was correct in her prediction. Both parties made offers and we sold at our listed price. She even called us a few weeks later to make sure we received our money that was withheld. Her experience and caring were important.

ZillowVERIFIED Jane was was great to work with. We listed our home in the Swartz Creek area with her, and it sold within days. She was very knowledgeable of the comps in that area, as well as when we bought our next home with her as our buying agent in Grand Blanc. ZillowVERIFIED Jane Murphy was the agent for the house we recently purchased. I found her to be honest, fair, and helpful in negotiating a reasonable deal on behalf of her client. Once we had a signed offer, she was very helpful when we had questions about process - something she really didn't have to do. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the selling/buying process. I will definitely use her skills the next time I am in need of an agent and will recommend her to friends and family.Patti Bieber

ZillowVERIFIED Jane is very good at working with people and with knowing the market and what people want. She has excellent suggestions on how to prepare a house for market which proved to be very successful for me. She knows a lot of people some of whom she recommended to me to work on things to help get the house ready. She is not a pushy sales person but can read people very well. As a seller she got me top dollar. She was pleasant to get to know and like and I call her my friend now (I didn't know her before)! I highly recommend Jane because she knows what she's doing and gets the job done quickly and effectively.
