We were very lucky to work with this entire group but especially Jennifer Ferrari. Cannot say enough about how she went above and beyond to help us sell my mother in law's home. She brought in a buyer within 2 weeks who made an offer we accepted. This after another agent had the listing for nearly a year. But that could be expected. What wasn't was her handling everything else that needed to be done. Finding service folks for needed repairs, dealing with the Hoa, even returning equipment to the cable company. Whatever was needed she took care of it, and was always available. I should have said we handled this from out of state. I am sure we couldn't have gotten this done without her help and attention to all details. Just the BEST. Couldn't give a better recommendation
