For example, when she realized that what we needed to clean out the house was a dumpster, she had one delivered with our permission. She used her contacts to market our house above and beyond what we expected. Jane was always available to meet with us to manage the sale. She is "priceless" and you shouldn't try to sell her home without her. Marisa Brown, Jane's assistant, follows Jane's example. She helped with looking after our house after we had moved from the area. She checked the heating oil, sent off cable equipment we left behind to the cable company, and offered her assistance and expertise whenever it was needed.
