ZillowVERIFIED Jane Clark and her associates just sold our house. They did this in March, 2023, which was during the difficult time period when mortgage rates were very high. We were very pleased with Jane from the beginning to the end of the sale. Setting the asking price was the first major step. Jane was exhaustive in her research of the market and we settled on a price that remained unchanged during the whole process. She then engaged her extensive network, which eventually resulted in a sale to an out of town buyer. Our situation involved a couple of unique circumstances. The first was that the layout of our house was somewhat different from similar houses in our area. Jane had a knack for presenting our house in an attractive manner. The second was that before we signed the contract with Jane, a friend said that he was not interested in buying our house. However after we signed the contract, he came back and said he was interested. This presented a somewhat tricky ethical question. I discussed this with Jane, and I was very impressed with how she approached this in a most ethical and professional, yet sensitive, manner. I realized that Jane was someone we could trust implicitly. After a contract offer was begun, Jane?s staff kept in touch with us every step of the way. In summary, my wife and I highly recommend Jane and her associates. We ended the process in a far better emotional and financial position than we could ever have been without them.

Brittney was available through call, text, and email any time we needed her. She set up times for us to tour houses very quickly. When touring houses she was more interested in helping us find a home we loved rather than just making a sale. She helped us get in contact with a loan officer and was with us every step of the way. We expected buying a house to take 6 months to a year but she helped us find and purchase our dream home in only a couple of months. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be working with them again any time I buy or sell a house.

They also did not sell our 5200 sqf house during the time we listed and when we did get a decent offer Jane was out of the country for several weeks leaving us to deal with a very unmotivated assistant. We would not recommend.

Jane did a great market analysis, and the highest offer I received on my house was within $100 of what she told me the top end would be. I received 10 offers on my home the first day it was on the market, 5 of them above the asking price, and we signed a contract the next day, which closed less than two weeks later. I cannot think how things could have gone any better. If you need an agent in this area, I recommend her highly.

Jane conducted extensive market research on our property prior to our first meeting which made listing process a simple business decision. Jane and team complied an excellent marketing brochure and listing materials which resulted in a contract 2-1/2 days after the listing went live. What initially appeared to be an easy close proved to be much more complicated resulting in three delays on the closing date (an extra month) due to very poor service from the buyer's lender. Jane Clark's expertise and management of the process enabled this sale to come to fruition. Not sure this contract would have closed if we had worked with another agent. Jane is the best!
