Having been through it myself, I understand that there's a lot more to moving than simply buying or selling a house.

I work with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, people relocating to the area and buyers looking for lake properties. For sellers, I focus on smart pricing, preparation and marketing that helps a property make a strong impression from the moment it hits the market.

I'm also a Seniors Real Estate SpecialistA(R) (SRESA(R)), with specialized training in downsizing and senior housing transitions. I have a particular interest in helping older adults and their families navigate these changes. Selling a longtime family home can involve decisions that go far beyond real estate, and I understand the importance of approaching those moves with patience and respect.
