ZillowJanalee is amazing at her job! I'm glad I chose her to help me find my home, she took care of the process every step of the way and made it easy. Her local knowledge of the area is great and her responsiveness is almost immediate even after hours when things are needed to be done. After closing on my home I had an international trip planned and she checked on my house occasionally and arranged yard care. She is truly a gem and I will be using her in the future for any transactions without a doubt.
ZillowJanalee was very knowledgeable about the available properties in Salmon and the surrounding area. Once we decided to move ahead with the purchase, she did all the footwork and checking up on details to make sure things were done in a timely manner. I thought the sale went smooth and negotiations werent too difficult. She helped save me a lot of money with the negotiations and 1031 exchange process. Highly recommend her as a realtor
