I had a great experience working with the Jan at the Jana Caudill team. She was attentive and professional. I work night shift, so it can be difficult to take care of certain tasks during daytime bank hours, but Jan was so helpful and respectful of my sleep schedule. I loved being able to text her and set up appointments immediately. I had a poor experience with a different company and during the transition to Jana Caudill, Jan was amazing. She worked with the old company so I did not have to contact them again. We moved forward and I found the perfect home. She gave me great advice and I was able to put in an offer and have it accepted with in two days of the house being listed. She is a go-getter. Also, I would like to say how well the team works together. Jan was out of town on a convention, but it was easy enough to work with Wendy when I wanted to view a home. They even provide a free rental truck if you book far enough in advance which is such a huge relief on expenses especially after paying closing costs. The office is newly renovated, clean, and modern. The front desk employee was very kind as well. One last thing - Jan donated a portion of her commission to a charity of my choice. I chose a nearby Parkinsons foundation and my heart was fuller knowing my home purchase made a small difference. In conclusion, choose this company. I never had the home buying stress when working with my realtor. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jan and team!!

I recommend the Jana Caudill Team to anyone looking to sell or buy. We sold our home within days of being listed and purchased a home at the same time, all at the beginning of the pandemic when we had no idea how everything was going to work out. Everyone working at Jana Caudill made the process smooth and stress free. Even though it?s been months since we closed on our home, they continue to make their clients feel special with the use of the moving truck and their holiday pies. They also do a lot for the community and donate to multiple charities. This is the only team that I would recommend and I would use them again.
