ZillowVERIFIEDThis lady is a top-notch Agent. I was comfortable during the entire process of searching for a house within my means. She knew the area. She knows the market. I am amazed at how often she goes the extra mile. Also, she advised me with names of workers in the area for different needs/repairs/enhancements. Bravo to this fine person.

ZillowVERIFIED I should have done this 3 years ago. Jana helped me purchase my first house in 2012. I couldn't have been happier with the experience and working with Jana made it SO much easier than I expected!Jane is fantastic. She has an intimate knowledge of the market and always gave great insights. She has an extensive network that really helped in multiple situations. Extremely responsive, attention to detail, and just overall very friendly and great to work with. Jana embodied two things that you absolutely must have in a relationship with a Realtor--trust and communication. I don't think I ever went more than 2 hours without getting a response to an email or phone call. Jana recommended other great services, including home inspector who I had great experiences with as well. In negotiations, she helped us get the price down even further (another critical reason to go with an exclusive buyer's agent!!!). She negotiated with the sellers. I don't believe any other Realtor would have worked that hard for me and it has made all the difference! I have had an Ocean View House under her help with reasonable price !Jana also is an export on everything about house. After closing, she also recommend cleaning team, and roofing team. Her recommendation is so trustful, and I still use these teams for further jobs! I couldn't recommend Jana enough. I couldn't have taken this huge, life-changing step for me without his guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED I'll admit that I have yet to become a home owner....yet. So far I have had the pleasure of working with Jana towards that goal. Her information and guidance in this process has been invaluable. We have seen homes that are one of a kind (Bixby Canyon in Big Sur was magical!). If you are looking for a unique home Jana is the ONE. I recommend her for anyone- local or looking to be so. Thank you Jana!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was a long distance owner of a Carmel Valley property. Jana went beyond the typical obligations of a broker which involved many aspects that normally an owner would do. And she got a good offer in a down market within a relatively short period of time. If I were in the area I wouldn't use anyone but Jana...

ZillowVERIFIED Jana is always looking out for her client's best interest. She listed our house and got it sold very quickly and turned around to help us find another house to purchase. In both transactions she worked very hard to solve issues and move forward. We are very grateful that she has been our agent.Victor and Margaret Greco

ZillowVERIFIED Jana has always been honest with me about steering clear of real estate that was over priced or that was not in my best interest. Shes knowledgable of the central coast area. She engaged the right contacts to show my home to its best advantage. She was a stickler for details and prepared me well for the process. With Jana, I was able to simply relax. She kept me informed and answered any questions as they arose, earning my confidence. Jana was always accessible either by phone or email and kept me informed as to the progress of the process. Likewise, she made sure that all the necessary documents were on hand. My experience was that she was well motivated and worked diligently on my behalf. Thanks Jana!

ZillowVERIFIED As a loan officer, I've had the opportunity to work with Jana and her clients on multiple occasions. Being that I'm in the mortgage business, I consistently work with real estate agents throughout California. I can easily say Jana is a premier agent, and is FANTASTIC to work with. Although she is well versed in all aspects of real estate, what immediately comes to mind is the work ethic she puts forth in each transaction. I've also noticed that Jana is truly results oriented, and is consistently representing the BORROWER'S best interests. I've been in multiple transactions that fell out of escrow because the agents could not resolve issues for multiple reasons (i.e. their egos kept them from working in the best interest of their clients, lack of real estate knowledge, etc). I've never seen these problems arise with Jana. As the expression goes, "She's on it!" So, if you're seeking an agent to work with, Jana is a great choice and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a top real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Jana provided us very fast action on a foreclosure that has given us a dream home beyond our imagination of possibilities. We owe our success on our property to her understanding of the area, the process and speed of action. We are so grateful to her for making this possible for us. ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of working with Jana Bradford for over 6 months on our recent second home purchase, and it is with great privilege that I have the opportunity to recommend her, without hesitation, to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. We have bought and sold many homes over the years, and rarely have we met a Realtor who is truly committed to serving her clients wants, desires and best interests. She listened to us, and was willing to do whatever it took to help us find exactly what we were looking for, within our budget, and set us up with first class contractors who helped us fix up our home for a fraction of the cost of other estimates! She was even willing to present some pretty embarrassing offers without ever complaining or being negative. Speaking of negative, that is something you will never experience from Jana! She is the most positive, uplifting and relaxed individual you will run across in this business. So if you are looking for a hassle free, low stress real estate transaction, you have found the right person! Thank you for everything Jana! Tom W.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I spent several years off and on looking for homes in Carmel Valley before we moved here in the Fall of 2007. Jana willingly gave us tours of the valley and the houses that we thought we might like whenever we showed up on the Monterrey Peninsula. When we finally found a house that we would sell everything and move for, Jana helped us negotiate the price down to what we thought the place was worth. She has lived on the Monterrey Peninsula for many years and knows a lot of people. She has a lot of real estate experience and is the right person to take you through the entire home locating, home selling, and home purchasing process.-Ralph Eckland
