I have worked with all types of clients. For the buyer side, I have worked with ones just buying their first home and going thru the steps to qualify for a mortgage, to second home buyers, to condo buyers, to single family home buyers, to luxury property buyers to vacant land and ranch buyers. I like working with all types as it makes my job all the more interesting each day. For the selling side, sellers of all types of properties with all different values I have experience with. Probably there interesting the property the better as there are more intricacies involved.

One of my more memorable transactions was for a family from Oklahoma who wanted a family compound and were referred to me. They were looking at one of my properties that was super unique and I knew that it would have a lot of interest once it came on the market. It ended up that they were the highest bidder and got this beautiful log home that will forever be in their family for generations to come. I was up there recently and saw all the personal touches that they got to do to it so far. You could tell that is is already loved and appreciated. It is probably one of my favorite homes I have sold!

My mom was a realtor and I had inherited a small amount of $$ from my aunt. It wasn't that much, but my dad decided that he would match that amount so that I would have an emergency fund when starting off in real estate. It was so nice to have someone who believed in me. The money helped pay for my real estate classes, license and being broke for a while until my first sale. If I didn't have that, I probably wouldn't have tried and stuck it out in real estate today....
