I loved working work Jessica! She was so quick with keeping me updated with proceedings when closing on my house purchase! Very on the ball! She was able to make viewings happen very quickly and even warn me about pre existing conditions before viewing that helped me make the decision on if I was even going to view the property.

If you are looking for a real estate agent that works with integrity, honesty and goes well beyond the extra mile, then look no further! Jan Larison is all that and more. She takes the time to get to know her clients and listens to what they really need or want in a home. She worked very hard to help me find my home. She knew I wanted to stay in a specific location and when the market didn't have much to choose from she contacted her old clients in the area to see if they were ready to sell. She is very knowledgeable about the market, the treasure valley and the whole process of buying or selling property. I have worked with other real estate agents in the treasure valley and none of them were as knowledgeable or showed the high standards of honesty and integrity that Jan exemplifies! I recommend her every chance I get!

The Larison Team went the extra mile for us. We moved to Idaho from Texas and had very little knowledge of the area. Jan Larison helped us find "our" area and a "great" house. When my husband became disabled, we again called Jan. She helped us sell our current home and get us into a new single-level home. She has always been responsive to our many requests and questions and has been instrumental in helping us get "settled in".

I can not say enough good things of my experience with Jan and the Larison Team....It took a little bit to get our house sold...but we were in a location that, it was going to take just the right person to want to live....Jan was always quick to respond to any questions I had....With my husband not in town to help with everything...Jan was so good to take care of everything...All I had to do was have the house ready when she wanted to show it! Bob Larison has exceptional knowledge about the Canyon and Owhyee county markets. I own several places and Bob has recently worked on my last two dealings. He found the perfect house and dealt with all the paperwork that needed to be taken care of. He also negotiated a great deal to position my self with equity the moment I bought the house.As a traveling business man I was impressed that I was able to sign my documents electronically through out the process. This saved me from many inconveniences finding fax machines on the road. His availability was also impressive.My second transaction I had the pleasure to have Bob list and sell my grandmother's home in a matter of a week. This is a house that has been sitting for a year. There were many issues he uncovered, and went out of his way to help my grandmother with the county, assuring the correct paperwork was in place to get my recently passed grandfather's name off the title. It's the little things that count and if you choose a professional one would hope they get a professional that knows ALL THE DETAILS for any transaction. I have experienced this first hand with Bob and will use him for future transactions.

The Larison Team is the best! Bob and Jan have sold two homes for me as well as helped on other land purchases I have made. The first house was in Meridian, ID: Other realtors had come in promising the house would sale for top dollar with hardly a showing, and never an offer. Jan was very honest and truthful about what the house would sale for and how long it would take. Her estimates were right on and before I knew it we had a really good offer that we accepted. They made the whole process stress and worry free. I never had to worry if they were doing their job, or what the next step was going to be. They were on top of everything the whole way. We bought our first home with Jan Larison, We ended up overpaying,she has no negotiating skills and encouraged us to sign early, The day I signed closing papers was the last time I have heard or seen of our so called buddy Mrs Larison, It has now been 4 years in my new house, So much for a great feeling when I purchased a new home, I do wish i would have gave my business to a more sincere person, I would not recommend their team to anyone,
