ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Jan from Krug and Associates at Adashun Jones Real Estate to purchase a residential home, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Jan was an exceptional communicator, always keeping us informed and updated throughout the entire process. She was incredibly organized, ensuring everything moved smoothly from start to finish. One of the things that stood out most was how proactive and resourceful Jan was during the process. When a major issue with the home arose during the home inspection, she quickly stepped in to help. Jan not only addressed the problem but also connected us with skilled contractors to resolve the issue effectively. Her knowledge and network were invaluable, saving me both time and stress while ensuring the work was done right. Jans calming demeanor and professionalism made the entire process much easier. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions in a timely manner and providing clear, detailed explanations. Her expertise extended beyond the transaction, as she provided valuable insights about the community and neighborhood, helping me feel confident about my decision to buy. Her availability for showings and willingness to accommodate my schedule made the process stress-free and efficient. Jans professionalism, dedication, and problem-solving skills made her an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Jan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED As we looked at properties, our interests and goals changed (several times). Jan listened and assisted in showing new varieties of properties. She assisted in getting a myriad of questions answered along the way. She helped in getting us to view properties EARLY in hot property market.

Jan and Tyson Krug were super excellent to work with!!! We experienced a very difficult sale with the first buyers. They willingly did what needed to be done to ease the pain and frustration. Speaking words of encouragement and patience it all worked out better than we had hoped for. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. We made the right choice when selecting our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Jan Krug of Adashun Jones Real Estate to buy a home in Fond du Lac, WI in the summer of 2020. From the initial meeting, Jans expertise and knowledge of the real estate market in Fond Du Lac, WI was evident. She asked questions about our needs and our wants in a house, and then made thoughtful, on-point recommendations on which houses to look at. Though it took us a number of visits to finally find the right fit for our family, Jan was incredibly patient and empathetic during the entire process. She had great follow through, always making sure to respond to our questions quickly. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, and experienced realtor for your home buying needs, we highly recommend Jan Krug.

ZillowVERIFIED This is 1st time we have worked with a real estate agent and didn't know what to expect. During the time we worked with Jan we can honestly state that she possesses the skills that made the buying process practically stress free. She has a wealth of experience and tremendous knowledge of the process. In addition, Jan was extremely helpful in dealing with the seller's agent. Above all she was always prompt in providing responses to questions or issues that occured.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan was great start to finish! Jan did a walk through of the house before it was listed. She had good suggestions regarding what we needed to do to help with the sale of the house . Jan , with her knowledge of the housing market , helped us set a good sale price on the home. She kept us informed of the showings that were scheduled and how those showings went. Jan went through with us the number of offers we received. She explained the pros of each offer . From the time we had an accepted offer until the papers were signed to finalize the sale . Jan was there to take care of the little things that came up and to answer any of our questions. I would definitely work with Jan again whether buying or selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan took us from listing our house to the final sale with an outstanding knowledge of her business, current listings and relevant sales in the area. Her recommendations were spot on and she listened and responded quickly to our concerns and needs. Her attention to details always made us feel as if we were her only clients. Even with our challenging schedules, she kept us both in the loop through phone, email, text and in person. Her guidance as well as her willingness and that of those in her office to do the extra we couldn't do from our new location were impressive. When we presented something new, not common for the area, she went out of her way to do the extra research, search out experts and bring us back the information we needed. Her expertise and sales skills were very evident through the entire process. She was empathetic and compassionate recognizing this was not just the sale of a house but a home we loved and were proud of.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan was nothing short of AMAZING. We were moving from out of state with a lot of last minute requests and asks. Jan was always there with an answer and able to accommodate all of our requests to view houses in the tight timeframe we had. Jan even met with our children to walk through a home that we could not get in town to see which became the house we bought. Her knowledge of the area and the process helped us make a stressful situation fun and more relaxing. Knowing that she would help us find the house that was right for us. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan Krug helped us purchase a home last year. We were relatively new to Fond du Lac and were lucky we found Jan to help us. We told her we wanted a home we could fix up to be what we wanted. She showed us what we asked for and then we figured out what we really wanted. Jan was pretty patient with us and found us some different homes to consider. One was perfect and she helped us from making the offer, all the way through closing and then some. Jan was on top of the whole process for us. We would highly recommend Jan Krug to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I enjoyed very much working with Jan Krug in listing and selling our home. She is very experienced, prompt, and shows good attention to detail. Our home sold in a very reasonable time frame with over 25 showings, multiple open houses, and four offers presented. There were some twists and turns in the offers that presented an emotional roller coaster for us, but Jan served as a good coach, adviser, and cheerleader, and smoothed out those emotions, always demonstrating a positive attitude. Although her primary objective is to sell a house, she showed great personal interest in us and the impact a move has on family dynamics. In the end, our house sold, fully meeting our expectations. We highly recommend Jan for realtor services.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan was very helpful with the sale of my Mom's home. Jan worked around her schedule to help me as I drove 1 1/2 hours to meet with her. She was very honest about charges that would occur and the market in the Fond du Lac area. She made a very stressful and upsetting time much more manageable.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought two properties through Jan and she has been great. One was a 'normal' sale of a duplex and Jan was a ton of help in getting everything closed in a timely manner and was able to answer all of my questions. The second was a very 'ugly' foreclosure. Jan was a ton of help working with the septic company and the well company, coordinating the inspections and making sure everything was moving along the way it should be.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan was extremely helpful in my home purchase. She worked closely with my bank to make sure everyone was on the same page and everything would be ready on time. With the time limits we had on this home she put in long hours and was available at all times. Her knowledge and experience put me at ease to know everything would get completed. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan was an absolute pleasure to work with. We met her at an open house while house shopping and almost immediately decided she was exactly the type of agent we wanted to work with. She spent many months showing us homes and listening carefully to our needs and wants. We used Zillow among many other tools to keep up to date with new homes listed within our parameters and Jan helped us to weed through them carefully while we made our decisions. She was patient, professional and let us come to our own conclusions. We eventually found exactly what we were looking for and she helped us negotiate a purchase on a home we never thought would fit into our budget. She did a wonderful job and because of that we also listed our property with her, which we were able to sell in 6 weeks! I would recommend her to anyone and I wouldn't think twice about using her again for any future real estate needs.
