ZillowVERIFIEDJan was the perfect agent to help sell my parents home and 20 acres in very rural Spavinaw, OK, with us, the sellers, located far away in Norman. Her deep knowledge of the local area, the buyer types who would be interested, and the work we needed to do and what we didn't need to do was crucial in getting my parents the most out of their investment. She ensured the security of the home and kept an eye on the physical property for us. She coordinated work that needed to be done and was always available for questions, keeping us updated at all times over a lengthy period due to the specific location and home type that required a certain kind of buyer. I will be forever grateful for Jan's genuine caring for my parents and getting what they needed from the home's sale. She is a consummate professional and knows her business, property laws and requirements. We loved working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan is an exceptional realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is intimately familiar with the buying and selling process. She will go out of her way to make the everything as easy as possible, whether you are buying or selling. Jan assisted me in buying a home in 2019, and when it came time to move in 2026 it was an easy call to retain her for both buying a new home and selling my current one. She is also incredibly responsive to your needs, so much so that you will feel that you are her only client. I cannot recommend her highly enough, Do yourself a favor and procure her services because she is the absolute best.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are first time homebuyers and I'm so glad we worked with Jan! She was so great to work with. It was so nice to work with someone who understood our needs, our budget, as well as the areas in which we were looking. We decided to buy a home at a very strange time, with the pandemic, among other things, and Jan was always great about letting us know what was going on, and what to expect. She really broke things down in a way that was easy to understand. Not only did we find a home we absolutely love, but she was also able to negotiate extra things into the contract, things I would have never considered, that we were able to keep at little to no extra cost. Even now, after the transaction, she's been available for any questions I've had. I can't express enough how much I appreciate Jan for helping us find our dream home at a great price.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Jones was a take-charge leader in helping us with selling our 3rd generation home. She understood the connection we had with the property and helped us not only with the sale of this property but the emotional support of moving forward. Very professional always returned our calls if she couldn't answer when we called with questions. Contacted us with updates on when the house was showing, open house dates, and feedback from viewers. Our home was not on the market very long. With the expertise, quick responsiveness, and negotiation skills to get us the most for the value. We highly recommend Mrs. Jan Jones as someone who truly works for her customers.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan walked myself and my wife through the process of first time home buying and went to bat for us with our first incredibly unhelpful lender. When they failed to deliver she recommended a local lender who stepped in immediately and went to work for us. She has been the saving grace of our first time home buy and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED First of all I want to say Jan Jones is terrific. She is very professional yet personable. In all my 54 years Jan is by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She truly wants to assist her clients in any way she can. As a buyer from Texas it was quite difficult to arrange for inspectors and perform other tasks normally associated with purchasing property. Jan took care of everything for me. As a matter of fact, the property we purchased had areas that may be prone to possible flooding. After a severe storm she took it upon herself to travel 50 miles to the property and make sure that flooding would not be an issue for us in the future. Additionally her advice was invaluable, and there was never a time that I was unable to reach her. Do yourself a favor, if you need an agent contact Jan, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. She is on YOUR side and will be your advocate. Finally if I introduced Jan to someone, I would introduce her as my friend, not my agent, because she is a wonderful person.

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased two properties and sold one with Jan. I would hire her again. She is a very driven pro who works hard to get the deal closed. During the purchase of the house we just sold Jan ensured that a last minute hangup with a group of sellers got resolved and then pushed to get our title insurance to fix a misfiled document during the sale.
