ZillowVERIFIEDThe detail we really appreciated was the weekly updates. It noted how many prospective buyers had come through the property and what their feedback was. That follow-up was very informative.Evelyn was always facilitated all our questions and this sale was smooth and easy. Thanks so much...E & J.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a really great experience with Jan's team. From the initial interview to the actual closing, her team was on top of things. When Jan was not available, Evelyn ensured that we were kept in the loop. Jan's team guided us throughout the whole process on what to do. Our house was listed on December and sold in February. For buying our new house, we worked with Trudy Thompson from Jan's team. Trudy is the best. She was very accommodating with our house requirements and took us to multiple places. We eventually found our house and closed on the property within 3 months from the start of our search. She was on top of communications all the way through. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean is awesome! My husband and I were looking for a rental and he took us to all of the Zillow homes we wanted to check out. When we decided on a home he was super helpful through the application process, always answered phone calls, and responded shortly to emails. We are extremely happy in our rental thanks to Sean :)

ZillowVERIFIED Jan and her team had us up online within 3 days of contract and we received a full price offer within 4 on market! Jan knows her market and understands what needs to happen in order for a seller to attract the right buyer; from pricing correctly to virtual staging. Offer to closing less than 2 months. This team is amazing. Thank you Jan for your knowledge, attention to detail and follow-through during process. You and your team are top sellers for a reason!

ZillowVERIFIED Every suggestion she made, even when we doubted, was the right way to go. Jan Hungate really knows her business. Also, her office staff was attentive, patient, and communicative. If we were to ever own another home in this area, we would use Jan's office again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan and her team helped us sell an existing house and buy a new one. There were some bumps along the way in selling our old house and Jan went out of her way to guide us thru them and get everything resolved. Her team is excellent and I highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED This woman is extremely professional and she has a great knowledge of the area. I was apprehensive about selling my home after I saw the large number of homes that were saturating the market when I was getting ready to leave the area. Some of the homes had been on the market for a considerable amount of time. To my surprise, Jan and her team clearly explained the selling process to me since this was my first selling a home. She guided through the process and did not try to pressure me or force me into any decisions. They clearly explained to me the market conditions and where my best chance for success lied. They presented the options and allowed me to make informed choices. It was definitely a team effort. In addition to being a great realtor, she has an outstanding team working for her (I remember Trudy Thompson in particular and she was a great help as well). Thanks to her efforts and the efforts of our team, we were able to find a buyer within a month and put our worries at ease. If you are coming to or leaving the Tampa area and need to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend looking her up. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan and her team helped us sell our Condo in the Tampa area in March. The experience was the best I've ever had with a realtor. They were fast and efficient, getting as many interested parties through the door as possible. We signed a full price all cash offer within 2 weeks of the listing, and closed within another 2 weeks. All while having to deal with some circumstances stacked against us that made the condo a little tougher to sell than the normal property.

ZillowVERIFIED We were extremely fortunate to have been pointed to Jan and her team when deciding to list our home for sale. We could not have had a better experience in a tough market. She was honest, exceptionally responsive and proved attentive to our every detail of the process. We have been on the buyer side of real estate a few times; however, have never been on the seller side. Jan's knowledge and expert experience made all the difference. Without her guidance, we may have gotten it all wrong. She is a definite professional and we would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. A special thanks to her team, specifically Evelyn Pendleton, who never let me go without making sure I always had my questions answered. Thank you again team Hungate!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan and her group had been our realtor since 2006 when we first decided to move to NC and tried to sell our house in Riverview when the housing market crashed. Me and my husband were so glad we found Jan. She and her group were with us all the way. We had to decide to have the house rented due to the housing crash since we already bought a house in NC. Then after 3 years we decided to move back to Florida and eventually move back to NC again after 6 years where we have to finally sell the house. Everything was handled by Jan and her group that we had no problem at all. Jan understands every situation and knows how to go through any obstacle smoothly. I highly recommend Jan and her group. I understand buying and selling a house is a lot of headache but if you have the right realtor, you won't even feel a thing. In most of our transactions, we were already out of town. Jan and her group handled everything smoothly. Thank you so much specially to Jan and Evelyn. Great job!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan is a superstar of an real-estate agent. Knowledgeable, excellent communication skills, honest, hardworking, and professional. Jan made the entire process from start to finish smooth, hassle free and most importantly comfortable for my wife and I. additionally, Jan's support team kept every detail and nuance perfectly coordinated and synched with me and the potential buyers. I anticipated 6-8 months of showing and bidding. With Jan's counsel and advice - I closed in 3 months. She's top notch and I would highly recommend any reader to us Jan and her team - you won't be sorry. Mark

ZillowVERIFIED This team knows what they are doing. They sold my daughter's house quickly. Show us how to stage the rooms and helped us decide on the paint color that improved the curb appeal of the house. Evelyn was a big help from taking the pictures to answering our many questions. They made us feel comfortable and walked us through every step of the way. Thanks again Jan Hungate and Evelyn Pendenton!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a great experience. We received some great advice on how to improve our odds and we sold our home at full active asking price within a couple of days of posting. The team was very proactive and energetic. I have dealt with several other Realators before on different items but this was by far the best and most professional experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan is a very seasoned realtor who is always sharing her knowledge and experience, making us aware of the pros and cons of the properties we visit. She's been helping us to build our portfolio of rental properties for the past 5 years, and she's has been playing a key role negotiating deals and contributing to our success. She's surrounded by a team of highly competent real estate professionals, specially Evelyn Pendleton, who promptly assist us whenever we need. Most of properties we bought were short sales or foreclosures and they know how to navigate through the buying process, always keeping us apprised of the progress of the transactions. We highly recommend her and her team, and they are a valuable asset to Keller Williams. We also feel compelled to praise the outstanding work that Laura Wick has been doing finding tenants and providing invaluable guidance with property management.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2008 I took Jan through about 30 homes in one day and then another 10 the next day. We had to do this this way because we were from out of state and had a limited amount of time to away. We purchased a home with Jan's help and got an amazing deal due to her negotiation skills. When we were ready to stop, Jan wanted more. We then sold out home later and turned to Jan for another amazing experience. When we are ready to move back, in a few years, Jan will again be the agent we turn to.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Keller Williams to sell my town home in Ruskin. I was amazed by their communication, their willingness to answer every question I had, and the effort they put forth. They willingly went above and beyond what a normal agent would do and I highly recommend them.
