It was wonderful working with Jan from the first meeting through to the sale of my house. She was always prompt and responsive to my questions. She was helpful and positive at every turn. I appreciated her friendliness as well as her expertise and knowledge of real estate. When I was hospitalized with a fractured femur midway through the sale process, Jan was a terrific help in coordinating with my sons to see that, even in the hospital, I could finish signing the needed documents.
