ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with the Elwell Group first buying my home. They literally stuck with me for two years until I found my home. And they was there for me when I had to sell it. They are great to work with; very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. It was great to work with seasoned people in a world that I knew nothing about.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan really knows the business and gets the job done. Quick to respond and problem solve. She makes selling your house easy and secure. I will only use Jan for any real estate dealings in the future. She took care of all of the paperwork and phone calls. All of the house tours and questions. Jan kept me in the loop while all of the negotiations were going on. At all times Jan is polite and professional to all parties involved while getting the job done. Buying or selling you will not find a better agent looking out for you than Jan Elwell. I understand why Jan and her team continues to win awards year after year.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Melissa Elwell thru a mutual friend. I was thinking of relocating to the southern part of New Jersey from Connecticut. I was aware that she is a new agent. I had questions regarding different areas that may suit my needs. I found her to be very knowledgeable about her surroundings. She gave me some good advise as to either renting or buying right away. I found her to not be too aggressive, but she was more in tune to my needs. If it turns out that I do make a move to New Jersey, Melissa will be the first person that I will contact. She is very personable and will be a definite asset to her realty company.

ZillowVERIFIED We had great time house shopping with Marisue, she is very knowledgeable and straightforward about the business of it all while making it fun. Marisue was so honest and direct in showing us a listing she was representing we asked her to be our realtor. Everyone at Elwell was great and have to say Dave filled in one day and he was awesome. Without hesitation I would choose Marisue and Elwell group again

ZillowVERIFIED Where to start. My wife and I have been looking for the right home for about 5 years. Finding the right property that fit our needs as well as our dogs has been a challenge. We have had several realtors that basically gave up on us; that is until we found Amanda Rivera. Amanda worked tirelessly every day trying to find us the right home. She showed us over 200 homes in the span of a year. She also owns a construction company with her husband, Chris. Chris would often come out and give us honest feedback on what repairs the home may need and if it was worth pursing. They both had so much patience. Amanda dealt with our daily questions and concerns. Not once did she show any frustration with us. My wife and I would bump heads about the homes and Amanda talked us down often. We were under contract several times and contracts fell through each time due to seller issues. Jan Elwell always reassured our concerns with this and would review everything to ensure we were covered and not being taken advantaged of. Every interaction we had with the Elwell group was a positive one. We honestly could not be more thankful that we found Amanda and the Elwell group. They made our dreams come true. If you are looking for honest, patient, and a realtor group that goes above and beyond for their clients, the Elwell group is who you want. Thank you for making this such a positive experience. You made this happen!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan is the consummate real estate professional. She knows the market, her counterparts, and understands when to guide clients to their own decision making or when to simply say ?this is the way it is?. In the process of listing, selling and buying, she is extremely knowledgeable. We also appreciate the honesty of an ?I?m not sure? and then figuring out the proper course of action
