Most importantly, she truly, truly cares about her clients--she treats every situation as if it were her own home she's buying or selling. She is a wonderful real estate agent and even better person. ZillowVERIFIED Jan Eaken understood what we needed, gave us the best and most up to date information, and found us our house of our dreams. I am so grateful for her and her professional knowledge and connections, we would have never found our new dream home otherwise! 5/5 stars! We also used Jan Eaken to sell our house, and again she was absolutely incredible. Jan goes the extra mile to make sure everything happened as smoothly as possible. Jan Eaken is truly the best of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Jan on the internet and looked at her reviews. She had so many great reviews! They are ALL TRUE! Jan became our Realtor and helped us with an out of State home purchase. She really got to know us and learned what we were looking for. She worked on our behalf and knew our time line was incredibly important to us. She answered so many texts and emails promptly. Her patience is AMAZING! She and her husband Ken, took extra time to educate us on the area and on important issues we never would have considered. They were paramount to finding the PERFECT home for us! We thank you SO MUCH! Mark and Carmen

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Jan. She was very professional and did a great job of advising me during the process of selling my home. She was always quick to respond and was always available to meet with me. I knew I was going to be stressed out over making the largest transaction of my life, but Jan helped to make the process less stressful for me and she had patience when I was stressed and when I was perhaps being a little difficult at times. Thank you so much Jan!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan came into my life during a difficult time. I had lost my Husband just 3 years prior and so I needed to sell our home. I was under contract with another Agent for quiet a few months and my home was not attracting any buyers and due to the technical nature of the Estate I had to part ways with the Agent. Jan was then recommended to me and on the same day she put the house back on the market, she got a response from someone who wanted to see the house the next day. Then another person reached out to see the home the following day who in turn made an offer on home. I must say though that because of the technical nature of the estate it was a very long process, however if I didn't have Jan to help navigate through all the difficulties that we were up against, I don't know what would have happen. She never gave up, she worked tirelessly every angle she could and finally after 7 months the transaction has been completed. She is a beautiful person inside and out who puts her client first. She is professional at everything she does but she is also caring. May her future be filled with blessing and love. I would recommend her to anyone who is out there Trying to buy or sell a home, she will have your back always.

ZillowVERIFIED The property we just bought was complete remote closure (end to end) due to COVID. Jan has been phenomenal throughout the process. She gave us video tour for many houses, no questions asked, not just the house but also the community and neighborhood walkthrough. We had a great remote buying experience. Truly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a property with a unique location/requirements that Jan jumped right in and helped me sell!!! She had the right attitude and knew exactly who she needed to contact at the Town for the perspective buyers. This knowledge was priceless to help through this lengthy process!!! Thanks to her due diligence and hard work, she found the "needle in the haystack" buyer and we successfully closed in December just before Christmas!!! What a great Christmas gift for my family and I!!! Thanks Jan Eaken for sticking with our property and not giving up!!! Also, THANK YOU for finding my family a PERFECT PROPERTY to move into a week after we had sold the old property!!! We wanted to move an hour North and Jan had NO problem showing us several properties that far North and helping us find the best place for us and all of our "toys". I didn't know Jan until I met her in her office the 1st day I had called, but, I know we will be life-long friends after this 18 month endeavor! My family and I thank you very much for all your hard work and dedication to make this deal go through Jan!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold several properties over the years and I can honestly say that Jan was the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of using to sell my last house. Would I use her again? Absolutely! Would I recommend her to others? Absolutely! She worked hard and was always upfront and honest. She treated my house sale as though it was her own house being sold. I cant stress enough how trustworthy she was and to make it even better, she was a delight to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I was told it would take a long time and be painstaking to sell my property. I had a couple of inquiries about it, but people were not consistent and always tried to get the property for basically what I bought it for years ago. I knew the market was hot and my taxes were going up, but until I contacted Jan I didn't know how much value I was sitting on. She did a great market analysis, priced the property competitively and fielded multiple offers until we got a serious buyer with cash in hand. From there it was simple and painless and Jan build a great team to get it done quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Jan was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work she did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search,A timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. She is a true pro. If you are moving to the area--there is only one realtor to use--and that is Jan Eaken She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Her greatest attribute, "she listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want.
