We knew we wanted to live closer to the coast, did some research and outreach to a few realtors in Coos and Curry County, OR. Jan Delimont with ReMax South Coast was immediately responsive. Between Jan's negotiation skills and her talented Broker/Associate, Robin Richards, we felt the most welcome with this team. We were able to drive up north for a weekend where Jan was kind enough to show us 8 of 10 properties chosen to tour. There were a couple hiccups with some sellers not paying attention to tour times, which Jan had no control over yet negotiated well. Jan educated us about Coos County, talked about some tourism features, favorite beaches while showing us around. Robin assisted me with the other paperwork, at times taking me by the hand, as a 1st time home buyer with a packed weekly job schedule. Robin's flexible communication practices was much appreciated. The Remax South Coast process throughout and month's after closing has been nothing short of WONDERFUL working with this ReMax team. Being offered a warm-hearted "welcome home" gift was a delight! All were priced within her market analysis pricing range. One was a small all cash transaction, one where commission money was scant, and it was complicated because of title issues and took nearly 5 months of backs and forths so make the deal happen. Jan stuck with it and kept the buyer with her all the way through 5 extensions of closing. Jan gets it done.
